basically tho, t3 is pretty catabolic, so you want to run it with something to avoid loosing muscle
yeah, at 25mcg you are probably ok. its just a question as to how much effect that will have for you. if that much works, you are in good shape![]()
clen is maybe anabolicjust cause broscience says so, doesn't mean it is so. The one study they point to in burned rats doesn't apply at all, the specific chemical reasons for it working there are different in rats than in humans.
plenty of pros use clen pre-contest. dangerous, considering the dehydration/potassium issues, but effective.lol i know i know nonetheless Box here is smart enough to know to stack it!! by the way has anyone used this precomp i really would like to hear how everything turned out specifically from AM.com users.
or anything anabolic. could make a halfway decent case for JW or MassFX or other light anabolics. just something to fight against the catabolism. Its either that or be really jacked up all day long on all the fat releaser type things - yohimbe, TTA, sesamin, etc
eh....i disagree a bit. the slope in the beginning is not that important. T3 ups body temp a little, but it isnt DNP for chrissakes. that first week is a waste of time IMHO. the ramp down is more important however, and in my opinion should take as long as you were on max dose.12.5/12.5/12.5/25/25/25/37.5 wk1

this i think too is debatable...i think the only study showing any kind of long-term T3 supplementation showed a full recovery after only 30 days, after stopping a multi-year course....IIRCthyroid is sluggish to return
