Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):Mon chest, tues legs, wed back, thur shoulders, fri arms, sat off, sun off.
after my bday I will be going to a new schedule.
march after bday: mon chest, tues legs, wed cardio, thur back and bi's, fri shoulders and tri's, sat cardio, sun cardio.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): sat cardio, sun cardio
march after bday: cardio on wed, sat, sun.
Current Supplements (exact brand/product name): finishing in 3days: pslin anabolic switch, retain2, purple wraath, and mega dosing BCAA's.
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): P/C/F: 40/45/15 eating around 3,500-4,000 cals a day, cleanly. march after my bday: P/C/F: 50/40/10 and 2,000-2,200cals a day.
Current Daily water intake:1-1.5gal
Short Term Goal: gain 3-5lbs and gain strength. march after bday: cut the fat downs to 8-10% bf and maintain muscles. Gain or maintain strength.
Long Term Goal: Gain strength and some muscle.
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: concerta for my A.D.D.
