Short Term Goal: gain 3-5lbs and gain strength. march after bday: cut the fat downs to 8-10% bf and maintain muscles. Gain or maintain strength.

I am hoping to have the winners announced by 10am (EST) Saturday Morning, in hopes to get the tester shipping details by Sunday Sunday Sunday!!! (Monster truck guy voice) Our intention is to send these out to everyone first thing on Monday.

Cant belive your coming out with a new MFX. I had amazing results with the original MFX and HX 2, so this should be awesome. Combined with Dr.Ds Myostatin inhibitor (whenever he finally gets around to making it ;) - this will be awesome.

Would love to test this bad boy out (lol), so ill give it a shot. Havent actually ran a log before (other than on paper for myself) so I hope this can be my first product.

Either way, i'll be purchasing some as soon as it comes out.

wednesday: chest and triceps, calves
thursday: legs
saturday: shoulders, biceps, traps

also mix in a lot of ab work and push-ups throughout the week; train brazillian jiu-jitsu around 4-5 hours a week along with 5-6 hours a week of muay thai/boxing
