I did not put exactly what I wanted in my order, forgot the coupon code, things were out of stock, and deals were over.

Needless to say that Verner completely righted every single wrong that I had made, helped me to adjust my order, inserted the coupon code for me, filled my order, and even went the extra mile to help me out with a deal that already expired!

I have now placed 3 orders with Nutraplant and each time my order has gone up by about 100$. I freaking love these guys and constantly push my friends and ppl at the gym towards you guys because of service like this.

I really can not expressed how freaking impressed I am with the help and service that Verner ( and the entire Nutraplanet staff ) has given to me.

We're actually perfecting a Verner Clone sometime this year.
 
Just wanted to give a shout out to NP employee, robot "9" (whos signature resembles a "9" odly enough). Robot no. 9 really knows how to pack those supps, each bottle neatly placed, equal spacing between bottles, plenty of packaging peanuts.

Robot 9 gave me just enough peanuts to make me dig for the bottles, but not too much that I had to pour them on the floor to get that last bottle. Felt kinda like a lucky dip, and kinda was, what with my free bottle of Neovar and all...WOOHOO!

I just got my NP order today and it was packed by Robot 9 also! The precision with which my supplements were packed was like the immaculate beauty of the stars in the sky. I love reaching into the box and seeing what I pull out next! And I concur, the Peanut to Item ratio was Hall of Fame quality. I might also add that the inclusion of free samples were OUTSTANDING!

Thank you NutraPlanet! You guys really did a ton to accommodate me for this order. I really appreciate it!
 
Robot 9 is my goto guy, when I need to get things done properly. He always goes above and beyond, and never balks at the extra work I give him. He's one of the hardest workers I've seen.
 
I don't trust clones from any company; I would like to see a COA first before moving forward!
 
After all the mistakes I made when placing this order I still got a toooon of free stuff: shirt, shaker, 2 packets of MRP, Green Magnitude creatine from controlled labs, and a bunch of purple wrath packets.
