I think gay would be too vague of a term to describe this man. Homosexuality is the term to refer to a person (i.e. a dude) with sexual interest in other dudes. This guy seems like he wants to bang himself so gay that he (a dude) has a sexual interest in a dude; however, said dude just happens to be himself. I believe the correct term is narcissism, which is derived from the story of the greek mythological character who died while staring at the reflection of himself in a pond.
