thats bout where im at, can def add some quick mass given muscle memory will come into play some and still have a lil padding i can shed off that would be very noticable in a 4 week period since youd see my lower abdominals come in and my obliques melt to pure muscle...... man its not the end of jan yet???

Training style- Dc training. Been training like this for a long time now.. My training is very dialed in. I train 3 days a week.

Diet- Anabolic Diet. Been eating this way for a few months now, and really enjoying it.. Made some good progress this winter following these principles.

Goals- To gain LBM, and strength. Will be bulking till the spring.

Misc.- I work from home, so my REAL job is training, eating, sleeping..lol I am consistant in my diet, and training. I don't have kids, or go out and party, so my life basically revolves around lifting.

I keep a detailed log, and FINISH my logs.

I have also had my eye on Xfactor for a while now, but just was always a bit skeptical of it. Would be nice to change my mind..lol

I have no issues with any of the requirements e.g. if I am selected for a trial I will fulfill all obligations.

I'm very interested in trying one of these stacks out,except the stack with Avant Research product in it.



Goals:
Currently want to do-fat myself to a reasonable leanness 10-12%,from 21% and maintain indefinitely.

I'd also like to dead lift 445 in the next month and 500 by the end of the year.I'm at 420 right now but can hold a conventional 405 dead in a static at the peak for 30 seconds without going to failure.Despite what I had anticipatated,static holds have done little (if anything,perhaps even negative) to transfer strength into heavier poundages.Meh and bollocks...I'm more than just a bit disappointed with this lack of progress.


Diet/training:
day 1back/chest
2)shoulders/legs/chest/arm's
3)3 mile run/abs and some plyometrics
4) repeat
Rest day as needed,ususally once every 2 cycles.

Training is based on antagonistic muscle group setting with Olympic lifting taking the forefront of my training,along with deads.

Diet is a moderate deficit at 2000 (b/w weight of 192) and one refeed per week at 3500kcals with GUINNESS included :D

I'm going with low carb/low far casien/egg/whey shakes thoroughout the day and a large meal atr night before bed,I'm acclimating myself to an IF diet ATM and will be on IF within two weeks.If this proves to be intolerable,I'll do a traditional TKD.Either way,I will average a deficit of 500 kcals per day withy one refeed per week at 300-500 above maintainance.

I feel that I should be picked as my past logs will show I give objective feedback to the given product,with frequent updates.I have no other testing (other than a PPC product,which is a jacked up form of lecithin) scheduled.The PPC is not a fat burner/stimulant type supplement and I've also been using lecithin regularly for some time now so this would in no way present itself as a variable.

I ordered it 2 yrs ago or so..and it came through fine? How could they ban it? Its in Meat and Eggs.

Fedex can be dumbarses, but USPS is fine.
 
If I got picked for the log, I might even venture over to bb.com as well as the other 2 I planned on posting a log on. I'm THAT serious about wanting to do this :lol:

Do you go there? One word, e-drama. If it's not reps arguing each other about the same thing, you get a hundred noobs asking the most rediculous questions over and over! "Can I drink soda with creatine?" or "Is nolva strong enough to get me going after a trib cycle?" The sheer volume provides some insight, but too many holyier-than-thou types.
