Everyone is talking about bcaa and it seems really really effective but how are you guys affording it?? people are taking like 20-30 grams a day and at NP its $10 for 100 grams, so 10 dollars for like 4 servings?? is there a place to get it cheaper??
and i wanted some tips on how i should dose these supplements together and when i should take them:
-Creatine monohydrate (i was thinking 5-7 grams a day, all before workout)
-Citrulline Malate 4-6 grams daily (about 3 grams before workout with Creatine, another 3 after work out)
-Beta Alanine 3grams with the above, before working out
-BCAAs -??? no clue
-aakg - 3 grams pre workout
