NP Green Tea + CLA + Fish Oil + DCP + Sesamin

FAT LOSS - NP Green Tea + CLA + Fish Oil + DCP + Sesamin

Interested in feedback on how stacking the following would be or is any of it overkill:

  • NP Green Tea extract
  • NP CLA Supreme Caps
  • Fish Oil
  • RPN DCP
  • Primaforce Sesamin

Anyone know what happened to the NP Sesamin liquid? Is the Primaforce currently on clearance?

Also, I am not too familiar with CLA. For some reason, had always heard fish oil was more beneficial.

Be careful combining TTA (in DCP) and sesamin. While to two do seem to compliment each other quite well, overdoing it can lead to some of the nasty TTA sides (lethargy, cramps). I've experienced it myself, and can honestly say that they are quite debilitating.

I'd go with normal dosage of DCP, 2-3g of sesamin, and 1-2g of fish oil daily to start, and increase if you deem necessary. GTE is always cool to add to pretty much any supplement regime. I'd dump the CLA, as I've not seen much evidence to support its use in the non-obese.
 
What type of dosages did you use, how long did you take it for, and did you time either of them specifically to your preworkout? Was also thinking of adding Shred by MST and Lean Xtreme.


I have used DCP and the CLA caps from nutra and RPN. Great stuff.

Well DCP and CLA seem to have some nice synergy. 6 Dcp a day split into 3 dose, one morning, one pre-wo, one before bed and i took 3 CLA gels with each dose. Def kept me lean even while bulking.

Especially if you want to cut out stims, this would make a good fat loss stack, maybe some ala or na-r-ala in line with the true anarchy stack stryder posted about.

I also suggested a stack in the AN lipo pm promotion thread along these lines.
 
Hi asianbabe - Thanks for the feedback. Can you provide a link for your log?

I am going to be coming out of surgery later this month so try to plan this stack for my first cycle once I get back to hitting the gym.

I am also considering something like:

Weeks 1-10 - MST Shred/Shred Hardcore + NP Green Tea extract + NP CLA Supreme Caps + Fish Oil + Primaforce Sesamin
Weeks 1-4 - Dermacrine + JW + DCP
Weeks 5-8 - Sustain + Activate Xtreme + DCP
Weeks 7-10 - Lean Xtreme

Be debating back and forther whether to include the Dermacrine + JW and Sustain + Activate or keeping it solely to everything else listed above.

Suggestions?

I have used Shred and Shred Hardcore before and both of them are incredible products. I imagine they work quite nicely with DCP.

Cannot advise on the others, but MST's ShredXS Hardcore is a very good product, perhaps slightly underrated. Stacked with some non-stims - dcp/sesamin/cla/fish oils/gte.. this is surely going to make for a pretty potent combo. oh, and dardio and diet like there is no tomorrow.

Mid afternoon (I workout around 5pm)
Shred-Hardcore 2 capsules
Shred-XS 1 capsules

Lean Xtreme - 3 caps per day

NP Green Tea extract - 3 caps per day

NP CLA Supreme Caps - 6 caps per day

Fish Oil - 6 caps per day

RPN DCP - 6 caps per day

Primaforce Sesamin - 2 pumps 3 times per day (using the NP pump bottle)

I presently use:

  • NP Green Tea extract - 6/d
  • NP CAL Supreme Caps - 6/d
  • NP SesaThin - double dosed
  • NP Y-hcl Powder - 20mg/d
  • Vasopro E-hcl - 50-75mg/d
  • Fish Oil - 9-12g/d

I am very pleased with this stack. Recently added the CLA and it is negligible. I do not and have not used DCP because of cost but might consider some of the actives at a later date.

I will add that it does still require a lot of effort in diet and cardio but I am at my heaviest leanest weight to date. Napalm and Lipo-U are worth some mention as well as an unmentionable item or two :)

bulk salvia + p-car
