Beelze training log

lipoderm, eh? well, i guess i've done gayer things than that, so i might give it a whirl. i'll pull out a few more stops after new years and if there's a couple bucks to spare, lipoderm will be at the top of my list. i can put clen in there too? tell me more.

as for benadryl, i take it right before to help knock my ass out. whatever appetite cravings i have don't effect me much while sleeping.

anyhoo, 1 hr interval eliptical cardio this morning. one more tomorrow before the debauchery hits.

want to keep those holiday pounds off? it's easy with this simple trick - food poisoning. yup, i was shocked too. you can pretty much eat whatever the fvck you want and as much as you'd like, because it won't be staying down long. i dropped a half inch on my waist during those 3 days. pretty cool sh!t. untapped resource if you will. basically i had to purge myself from all food on wednesday and the issue finally went away on it's own. that's thing about food poisoning, eventually you just have to stop eating for it to go away completely. so, as of this morning i was fine again.

fasted cardio (like 40 hours fasted)- 1 hr eliptical low intensity

and normally i would be done for the day but i recently came across a security gig down in NC tomorrow where i get to guard a horde of strippers with the low end payoff being 500 bucks. so, i'm going to do a total body maintenance workout tonight and just stay zero carb over the weekend and resume normal cardio on saturday morning upon my return. workout won't be worth reporting as i'm fatigued just from not eating enough plus it's a maintenance workout anyway to keep my sanity til monday.

side note: broke my finger this past sunday on a cops face. he was off duty and drunk at my bar. his buddy (also a cop) thought it'd be cool to piss on the floor instead of in the urinal and my other bouncer caught him, and of course kicked him out. well he didn't see a need to leave the front porch of the bar, which is still our premises but he refused to leave even after being told he was trespassing at this point. so, my other bouncer and him are going at it (verbally) and i'm just standing there with my arms crossed not saying a word to anyone, i'm there just in case some sh!t goeth down. well, cops buddy comes running up and puts his 2 cents into it and bouncer buddy (steve) tells him to butt out as this doesn't concern him. so, dipsh!t flashes a badge and starts running his mouth further. steve turns to look at me like "wtf?" to which i just shrug implying "who gives a fvck?" 2 other cop buddies appear from the group and drag off dipsh!t #2 while steve continues his dialog with dipsh!t #1. #2 continues his sh!ttalking, calling steve a 'rentacop' and a 'worthless p.o.s.', so on and so forth. steve is focused on #1 at the time and i'm not even sure if he's hearing the antics behind him. well #2 is apprently not pleased by this reaction, or lack thereof, so he turns to me and begins "hey, tattoo boy, bald guy, you think you're bad? you're a p.o.s. too, fvck you....etc." now, normally i can listen to this sh!t and not really give a fvck. but that night, i wasn't feeling it, plus it was a cop - not that i have anything against cops, i love most of em, but this one was obviously a d!ckhead that loved to throw his badge around so....i bit. i walked up to the guy as fast as i could and he was already having his doubts judging by his face but i could tell he was going to continue down this path of stupidity.

to which he didn't like (go me), so he decided to push me. well, i'm all about some pushing so i lauched him into 2 of his cop buddies and down they all go, looked like bowling pins. so #2 took it up a notch and ran in for a tackle to my stomach so i caught him and fell back with his head tucked to my side just enough for his forehead to break our fall. i'm sitting there holding him as he's trying to break free . i let him up thinking he's done but he reels back for a right cross and i beat him to the punch (literally). i catch him in the nose and i hear it crunch and can feel it give - down he goes. steve puts him in an armbar, and i call the cops (on duty kind). well, the four wisemen are now freaking the fvck out as they know the kind of sh!t they can get in for causing trouble in town. i hear numbers being thrown out "500 bucks...1000 bucks....can we just forget about it?"
me "take a bribe from a cop about a cop? is that really what i'm hearing? sorry, but i'm really not that fvcking stupid."

cops come and arrest him, story over. then i discover that i can't close my fingers down all the way. look at it closer and one of my fingers is crooked, like twisted to the right. so either i fvcked it up on his face or it got caught in his shirt when we were tangling on the ground, either way - the mofo is broke as a b!tch. any kind of grip work is out of the question for a while, straps will be resumed for the time being.
 
Im not for fighting generally I like the peaceful way but sometimes, JUST SOMETIMES, and very rarely a good fight is good for the soul. Shows just how badass you are. good job kicking his arse Beeze. All the weight training aided in kciking his ass. Yet another benifits of being a strong mofo...if it ever does happen. Not that I advocate fighting.
 
Nice story, but I like the idea that you may have broken your finger on dudes face. I'd say stick with that version. I've seen guys like this in the past who have used their authority to do whatever the fvck they pleased. Glad to see that you stepped up and let those sh!thead's know you weren't having it.

hell yeah, bring your ass back. we accept mulligans here ;) haven't weighed in since early november but i'm guessing 220-225lbs. dropped my carbs back to 200 on high days as of yesterday to see how that fares up. didn't effect strength yesterday but we'll see how long that is the case. not really much else i can do at this point next to going straight CKD and i'm not feeling that option right now.

I was driving across the nation today. And at a rest area I walked out of the bathroom and there was a 6 foot something bald tatooed jacked dude. thanks brutha, it's been a learning experience and i can say with utmost confidence that i will never get that heavy again. this is much more suited to my lifestyle and the strength is coming back to the days of yore slowly but surely. however you, my friend, are ridiculous. you and PH48 are in a category of your own.

yeah, no more 1 hr fasted cardio on lifting days. takes up too much of my time, going to the gym, back home, back to gym later, back home again, fvck that. once a day, that's enough. will most likely do interval cardio training after weights from here on out. waist continues to drop little by little, so i must be doing something right. the jeans i had just bought to size at christmas time are already getting loose. over 5 months to go, plenty of time to get it just the way i want it.

lol, yeah, i'm alive and well. started a new job on 1/21 and i work 6-10's with sunday being my day off. decent paycheck to help me catch up on bills and hopefully achieve something i've been striving to get for many months now. training is going well, still progressing as normal, even a little faster than normal thanks to a certain conversion kit and a bunch of little tabs. for the first time in a long time, i'm actually happy in damn near every aspect of life, and it's about to get a fvckton better. the log will take a backseat for a while as i've got more important things to tend to nowadays, hence my temporary leave of absence. but i hope everything goes well for you guys and gals here and i'll be sure to check in when i don't have anything else to fvcking do ;) which nowadays, isn't very often.
 
new training cycle begins

gotten pretty lean in the past year and quite frankly a little bored with the DC routine as is so i tweaked it a little more, not really DC at all at this point. diet plateaued as well so had to change that up too. nowadays, it's basically zero carbs 6 days out of the week with a carb-up day (not to be confused with cheat day) on sundays where i'll be aiming to get in around 500-600 carbs on that day while keeping the fats as low as possible. downing about 2 grams of green tea spaced throughout the day mixed in a gallon of crystal light. 2 multi's, 2 vit-c's, 2 calcium's, 1500mg glucosamine.

still writing the training as i go, but i've got a pretty good idea in my head as to how it's going to go. mixing med-high reps on mon/tues with super high reps on thurs/fri. it's something new i'm trying out just to see how i respond to a different rep scheme, can't really lift but so heavy anyway thanks to the torn pec i'm still battling with (healing quickly though).

tuesday and friday would be similar to the above only with chest/shoulders/tri's/back, still following the DC bodypart split but that's pretty much the only thing left at this point that i won't be tinkering with. i don't really know how i will respond to this type of high-rep training but the workouts are a little more fun again, i suppose as i've never tried anything like this before. the goal is simple, get down to retarded digit bf% in time for summer as well get my cardiovascular fitness above and beyond where it's been in the past. i've been alternating morning cardio with wind sprints as well for 30 mins for a little variation and that will definitely get the heart pumping, lol. i'm not too concerned about strength as of right now, but i will be progressing forward even with the high rep workouts so strength still does play a factor. anyhoo, that's pretty much it. i'll use this as post #1 to the log and we can all find out if this is stupid or not.

flat smith, lol. of all things. was scheduled to hit 385 x 10. first rep flew up like a feather and i just started cranking them out, slowly and with impeccable form (PL'er spotting me to make sure of this), but alas rep 4 was my doom. make a wet kissing sound followed by 3 internal thuds, that's about what it sounded like. one of the trainers 10 feet away heard it rip so i know it had to sound gnarly. the spotter almost sh!t himself as he saw it roll up in mid-rep. i picture it looking rather gruesome from his point of view. anyhoo, that was a month ago today and it's getting back slowly but surely.

it seems to be working quite well thus far, dropped about a 1/2" on my waist this week and i've still got a few days left until the refeed. figured since i wasn't lifting today i'd take advantage and do some wind sprints this morning.

sprint the marked distance - 28 secs (5 sec improvement from last week, haven't measured the distance but it's at least 100 yards)

takes about 2 mins 15 secs to walk back after each sprint, take a quick breather and roll again. so a set is 3 mins total. maximum heartrate achieved was 204, with the average being around 180 directly after a sprint. by time i got back to the starting point, it averaged to around 130 or so. just ordered some recreate from USPlabs yesterday so i'll begin that as soon as it gets here. goal is set for july. that's 6 weeks almost to the day to get exactly where i want to be.
 
That's definitely more than 100yrds. I'd figure it about 175-200 yards from what you're describing.
