Ok made my return here it goes

cardio
30 minutes 15% 4.5 (really burns calories this way, about 750)

Squats (6 sets) 225lbs 15 reps
Lying Leg Curls (4 sets) 110lbs 15 reps
Standing Calf Raises (4 sets) 240lbs 20 reps

Rotary Calf Extensions (4 sets) 250lbs 20 reps
Leg Extensions (5 sets) 180-200lbs 15 reps

Felt great, sweating like a hog yet again. My wife is getting ticked with the amount of laundry. However, I have to explain why I did leg press first. We have only one squat rack in my gym, and this little turd was on it. I wouldnt mind working in, or waiting, but he was doing 1 set every 10 minutes so he could watch the football game. Very frustrating. However, it worked out well, as I have not had the opportunity to go heavy on leg press in a while, so I was happy with that. My legs were shaking on my last set of squats but it was awesome.

I counted out my LR that are left, and it gets me to Friday
 
Awsome to see all the cardio in there. I took a break from it for like 3 months, and started back up last night. I love the intensity of sprints as much as lifting. I always feel like a million dollars after some good cardio.

I love sprints, but haven't done any since May. I tore my hamstring pretty bad running 60's.

I havent done pure out sprints in a while, but the cardio has been nice thus far. Tomorrow I am going to continue the change up in terms of style. My body seems to adjust too fast

I've really been debating changing my workouts. I will start back up tomorrow, but am unsure if I still want to do the 5-day split routine. I am debating a full body workout 3x a week.
 
alright well tomorrow ill be hitting the gym pretty hard doin a full body. gunna start off with 20 min of cardio running at 6.0 with a 4.0 incline and after start off with weights. im gunna be getting levithian reloaded soon so watch out!! haha i think ill do a story on how it affected me. so look out for that.
 
well just got back from my first session. was def. a bit tired and achy in the back and you could see it in my numbers

Not my best workout, but as I said previously I was still feeling all the double sessions. It also looks like today will be my last double just based on time. Sad to see the vacation go away

Very tired and sore, boy as I get older I realize how tough my recovery is. Will hit the gym tomorrow for cardio and abs.

200 side, and ball crunches. Needed to get those in as I waited too long for it

sweating nicely, good thing CNN was on with their presidential coverage. Kept the time moving fast

I'm jealous. My old gym (the one I'll be using until next week) closed today. My favorite day...Back! I may skip back this week. There is no way I'm pushing leg day back any further.

well just about 6-7 pounds lost off you? good job man! im sure you gained some muscle mass as well. cant wait to see the results on cam. im gunna be starting my cut with lev-r and DCPin about a week. see you later

I will not have the opportunity to get in a double today so I did a lot of supersetting this AM. I know I was be sore as hell tomorrow, but it was good to not give a lot of rest time.
 
Had a brief workout last night for 2 reasons. 1. I have taken on extra responsiblity at work which is taking a lot of time, and 2. shoulders are in bad shape right now.

chest
flat BP (6 sets) 275 8 reps
HS Incline (5 sets) 3 45's 2 sets of 10

Shoulders really became too uncomfortable to lift.

Cardio

I know what the issue with the shoulders is and what needs to be done, but in essence it would keep me out of lifting for well over a year, and after 3 shoulder operations already, 2 more are not an option in my book

Felt ok, shoulders still not in great shape. 1 thing I have noticed is that I am not sweating nearly as much since being done with LR.
 
I am having trouble resizing these, it seems that since I used my digital camera on the first batch, they I can resize them, but the ones from the phone can be? This is friggin annoying

Rear peck deck (4 sets) 70lbs 20 reps (went light for my shoulders here, reduce some pain)
Side laterals (11 sets) up and down the rack to failure

kept it short, just trying to work slowly on my shoulders as they have been aching. Still not sweating like I did on LR

I gotta say the LR helped so much that I am now noticing the difference without it. Hoping that if I win :box: that maybe they could send some incranate/lr my way. Just being greedy

Hit the gym yesterday without cardio as my ankle is sore for some reason

Chest
Incline BP (8 sets) 275lbs 3 reps
Cross overs (4 sets)80lbs 10 reps
Flat Flys (4 sets) 50lbs 12 reps
Incline Flys (4 sets) 40lbs 12 reps

Wnet lighter on flys to get a great stretch. I am going to be changing the routine again due to the shoulder problems. It has gotten so bad I cant sleep at night, b/c as I roll over the pressure causes pretty bad pain. So on Wednesdays I will throw in a second leg day, and still hit it again on Sunday afternoon.
