Hows it. New Years went well, although didn't lift for 3 days due to car trouble, but will make up in the next couple. Currently at 217 lbs. As to the DHEA, I was already taking DHEA when I began my cycle of Epi, so I figured I would keep it. I read other threads of using DHEA, and apparently others do it also. I couldn't tell you the exact benefits, but I heard some say that it would help with joints since Epi can dry your joints out and cause some pain in some people. I would prolly ask some of the other guys in the thread that seem to be more knowledgeable on Epi though. I am taking a low dose of DHEA, only 50 mg. a day. I have heard some quote taking around 100-200 mg. a day, but that seems excessive to me. Epi is supposed to be pretty good by itself. So far, I feel great on it, with the low dose DHEA. My sex drive is as good if not better than usual, and I feel full all day long. I am now taking 30 mg. a day, 20 before I lift, and 10 later in the day. If anyone has suggestions on DHEA dosing, please let me know. Peace out. And to the last reply, where do you lift at in Indy. I live there also. Been going to a Cardinal Fitness.
