Just started 4th week of epistane (1st cycle ever). I would consider myself to be an experienced lifter 6 years+. Just coming off a three months of no lifting due to a muscle pull. Caused me to lose about 8 lbs.
Loving the cycle starting weight 195 currently 207. A few of the added pounds are fat but I have added about 1000 calories to make a total of around 4000 all clean.
I've been taking all the nescessary support supps during this time Perfect Cycle, Hawthorn Berry, Saw Palmetto, Taurine, Coq10, Fish Oil, Multivitamin, Super Cissus, Scivation Xtend. For postcyle Iv'e got Liquid Nolva, AI Post Cycle support, Superpump250, bulk creatine, and bulk glutamine
Sorry to ramble on this is my first post here, anyways I'll get to the point. I have finally begun to see side effects as of yesterday. Nothing I can't deal with, Some bacne, some facial acne, and very intense lower back pumps when doing squats tonight. Other then that I feel great.
Will I probably see quite a bit more gains by increasing to 40mg(5-7 more lbs)? Will the sides get much worse?
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated
