Epistane - bump to 40mg?

Just started 4th week of epistane (1st cycle ever). I would consider myself to be an experienced lifter 6 years+. Just coming off a three months of no lifting due to a muscle pull. Caused me to lose about 8 lbs.

Loving the cycle starting weight 195 currently 207. A few of the added pounds are fat but I have added about 1000 calories to make a total of around 4000 all clean.

I've been taking all the nescessary support supps during this time Perfect Cycle, Hawthorn Berry, Saw Palmetto, Taurine, Coq10, Fish Oil, Multivitamin, Super Cissus, Scivation Xtend. For postcyle Iv'e got Liquid Nolva, AI Post Cycle support, Superpump250, bulk creatine, and bulk glutamine

Sorry to ramble on this is my first post here, anyways I'll get to the point. I have finally begun to see side effects as of yesterday. Nothing I can't deal with, Some bacne, some facial acne, and very intense lower back pumps when doing squats tonight. Other then that I feel great.

Will I probably see quite a bit more gains by increasing to 40mg(5-7 more lbs)? Will the sides get much worse?

Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated

I think what I've got should work for post cycle. I've spent a lot of time researching this cycle. Just hoping to avoid hair shedding or more acne.

Thanks for your input:thumbsup:

I had shedding going into my 5th week @ 40mg.

Keep an eye on it if you are worried.

I agree with previous posters. Be aware / cautious but you should see / have no problems bumping to 40mg. Whether that equals jaw dropping mass is another question.

From what I have see the most weight / mass gains come within the first two weeks then continue on into leaning / strength gains. Of course alot of that weight could be glycogen loading etc.

Pretty much unless lethargy or blood lipid issues (the two main concerns with anti estrogens such as Epi/Havoc) are out of control you should be good to bump to 40mg/day as many are using that dose. I plan to run a cycle at 30mg/day in 6 weeks and am looking forward to it as I keep hearing great feedback. (I'll be running Havoc as IBE has had some credibility issues)

Since you have a Serm (nolva) in addition to otc post cycle therapy supps you are definitely good to bump to 40mg

Do you recommend anything else OTC besides what I listed previously?

I would caution you to not go OTT with your PCT this is a mild product and your PCT should be in relation to your shutdown / bloodwork results.

What AI are you going to use?

Amor Est Vitae Essentia,

Neoborn

This is what I currently have planned for use post cycle

Liquid Nolva
Anabolic Innovation Post Cycle support
Superpump250 (not my first choice for NO but hey, it was cheap)
bulk creatine
bulk glutamine

What AI have you had success with in the past?

I always throw some 6oxo low dosed (300mg which is 3 caps) in addition to a serm as 6oxo normalizes blood lipids and liver values post cycle.

Sounds good to me, I'll order some tomorrow.

Deadlifted every time I did back for the last three weeks, could hardly even finish my third set this time. I never thought the lower back pumps would be this insane. Oh well, still loved every minute.

Does taurine need to build up in your body through everyday doseage? I have been taking it only on leg and back days a few hours before my workout.

No it does not-- butare u saying back pumps come from leg or back work outs??? They come from pressure on the kidneys/liver. It does not matter what u are working out that day.

I feel a slight pump or tightness in my lower back most of the day. It seems to be aggravated when I perform excersizes that put added stress on my lower back, such as deadlifts or squats. I'm not saying it's not due to my liver or kidneys, it just becomes more intense at times. I'm new to many of these support sups. I guess I just didn't understand how taurine works or what it actually does to your body.
