Remember, you don't need to put up a lot of weight to look healthier or more muscular.

The more you try to increase your strength, I think the harder it will be to concentrate on re-inventing your physique. Take powerlifters for example. For most of the time, they don't look like the healthiest people.

I think you need to just pick whichever one is more important for now: increase strength or get leaner.
 
true. but doing working sets on flat bench with 135 seems tiny for my size.

so going with this idea, forget the strength and let it come as it comes. i'm looking for fitness type body. So lemee forget about mega-trn for now too, as its mostly a strength gainer. So of the stuff i have that sorta makes sense to use in place I have

Superdrol - original + clones
Halodrol - clones
Epistane - just the original
Prostanazol - original + clones
Revolt - (max lmg clone) but is a bit of a bulker

So I dunno, for some reason mentally i'm leaning towards the revolt or superdrol. just cause adding more lean mass means that the fat % goes down. superdrol I could pulse, revolt i'd have to do "regular"

Here's how mine went.

Friday morning, helped my friend bury his dad.

Friday night, found out my girlfriend is about 6-8 weeks pregnant.

Today...How the hell did I get here...what happened to the previous...ah...what day is it?

My dog got a new collar for Christmas....I think. My older sister and I were talking last night at my parents house, and she mentioned talking to me a few days ago. I don't remember even seeing her in the last 3 weeks.

Anyone have any suggestions before I start finding more grey hair or just start pulling it out?

I should buy a boat!
 
easy, what's your squat at?
from your log, it looks like you're trying to bench more than you can squat. If you're doing that, it seems like you shouldn't be worrying about upper body strength so much, but rather the leg strength. Or was there some physical limitation for the legs that I forgot about?
 
I can just about do the same ass to heels for squats as my bench. there is a significant amount of arthritis (or insignificant amount of cartillage depending on how you want to look at it) in my knees tho, so they are easy to irritate. it hasn't been much of a problem really tho.

If I just go to thighs parallel, I can go significantly higher.

I'm trying to remain strong. We're both doing a bit better now that we've found out we have the support of both of our families. Her parents are both deceased, but her cousins, and aunts are all gushy about it.

My parents and friends are happy too. I think she and I are the only ones that are scared, being neither of us even thought this could happen due to a medical issue she has, or apparently had.

Right now the real scary part is getting her on some insurance before we see a doctor, which we need to do in a hurry.

The more things I plan in life, the less things happen.

If it's about money, you will NEVER have enough to afford a child. Get used to it.

If it's about being a Dad, there are a lot of books, classes, websites (Invalid Link Removed). The most important part of being a Dad is being there.

If you think it will put a cramp in your lifestyle, it will - a big one. It's worth every minute of it.

I would probably also wait with the creatine, but if you're not taking a nitric oxide booster then 2g a day could be alright.

Last week when I was doing the pulse along with 3g/day creatine and some EAA mix w/ arginine pre/peri workout, it was just too much and I started having certain difficulties during the workout.

When I come back in the new year with more pulsing, I will try and keep the creatine everyday, but use the EAA after the morning workout.

So my recommendation is to only choose two of the following at a time:
- nitric oxide booster
- creatine
- cute stuff
 
right now (round of applause please) all I am taking is a multivitamin, b complex, fish oil, 1-t, mega-trn, zmk + somnidren bedtime.

I think all the preworkouts I have contain both no boosters + creatine. I suppose I can try one tho.
 
I thought things were going well because you're getting out of a sucky job. Something specific happen?

I used to get some panic attacks, but I'm still prone to anxiety from acute stressors.
 
my estradiol is high 64 with a range of 12-56, and my testosterone is low 289 with a range of 400-1200.... suggestions?

I'm still stuck at this UBER sucky job! I am just stressed. I was talking to my ex on the phone and there is a change to a plan we had this w/e to pick up my daughter...all of sudden I can't talk, I start having shallow breathing. I'm not sure if it was a real panic attack or I am just so stressed out that I snapped.

As far as the other dealing job, the pay is too low and I can't take it FT. Still looking around.

She and I are both in our early 30's, she had been married for 3 years, and tried to have a child. Her doctor told her her endocrine system was fine, everything was normal, but there was some scar tissue in her baby factory that prevented an egg from implanting. She was told IF she was ever able to have a child, that she'd have a hard time doing it. It wasn't impossible, just impossible with her condition.

We'd been hitting it for over a year, probably 3-5 times a week for a while.

And we figured it was on or abouts Halloween. I couldn't tell you specifics because like I told her, and tell her often, I'd like to bang her like a set of cymbals in a special ed orchestra.

Even now, she's getting a tummy, her tits have ballooned, and she's getting a bit pissy, but still has a sense of humor, I still find her attractive....but, she still hasn't let me climb back on the horse yet. I told her "I understand. It would be like if you gave me an STD. It would be a few days before I'd bang you again."

She thinks she looks like a manatee, but I keep telling her she's going to look cute pregnant. All 5'4" of her.

We found out she qualifies for assistance/insurance so hopefully the cost won't sink me. We're going to try to be a single income family, but who knows. She can't sit still and will probably end up getting some sort of job.

yeah, I wasn't willing to go to cuddle parties and I didn't hug enough

There was another one like that I read 3 or so years ago along similar lines, where it was a growing trend fathers were refusing to show affection to their daughters because they thought it was inappropriate. I thought they were insane, and its really the same with a boy child as far as i'm concerned. Physical shows of affection are one of those things that I feel keeps a family emotionally closer as well. My wife and I hold hands when we are out and about. Partially so she can't reach into my wallet

In one of the pregnancy forums that my wife goes on (god what a waste of time that is) one of the women stated that she wasn't going to breast feed her baby son because she didn't want to be that intimate with him. I can't even comprehend the thought process that gives that as a statement.

Hope you all had a good Christmas fellows and Dr P let me tell you your infor one of the most fun and rewarding experiences of your life, and challenging. not a day goes by right now that im not at least at some point in the day tired and at the same time can be made my newest best day ever just by watching my son learn something new or do something cute..... i wouldnt change it for any possible wordly possesion.

on another note the reason i havnt been onisnt cause i have been on an extended vac but cause my Comp crapped out on me when the surge protecter accidently got shut off and now i wont even turn back on.... suck i had a TON of pics on there from my boy.... thank goodness for 2 gig memory cards though. now im on my mother in laws old laptop that has a broken hinge so its propped from behind with a couple phonebooks lol.

as for the creatine while ON Easy, i typically save it for the post cycle section to help maintian strength and size gained while on BUT if your running an extended cycle or only pulsing i see no harm in taking it up until about 2 weeks before the end stop and then start again at thte start of post cycle therapy...although certain steroids like anavar have an incredible synergy with creatine and will make it work like never before in wich case you DEF should be taking it throughout.

wilman bro go easy on yourself there man.... uncrontrolled anxiety and the like would def be signs of a full on panic attack and maybe you need to go out and do something for yourself that will help you take your mind off whatever is plaguing you... thankfully i have never had even close to an experience such as you have described... i have a very laid back personality typicvally though and dont let things build up and bother me....
