A pretty smart guy over on another bb'ing forum was making custom capsule creations and i found this post of his to be quite interesting. I feel that since i don't respond to AP or yellow gold, i need a new food transporting supplement to take its place and this formula looked quite beneficial. It has ingredients in p-slin as well as a bunch of other synergistic things that provide efficient regulation of blood sugar levels. I was going to make this capsule so tell me what you guys think.
"The Dream Custom Capsule:
InsuDream, Anabolic Insulin, Glucocell, InsuFlex, Hyper-slin are a few names I just came up with. With custom capsule, you can name your own product.
Take 5 capsules ideally with breakfast and another 5 post-workout or with largest meal of the day.
Or take 3 before every meal and 3-4 post-workout.
Food may reduce absorption of Na-RLA so it can be taken around 30mins before meals if low-blood sugar problems are not an issue.
Aim for 10-12 caps/day.
Pills Per Serving: 10
Servings Per Batch: 30

Quercetin 590 MG
Total:44.04
If you go with more batches you get a better deal and they now offer an awesome 20% off until the end of this month.
Believe me, every nutrient has a reason for being included, some are very syngergistic with others like the biotin/chromium, Quercetin/Resveratrol and the naringin offers a powerful uptake mechanism for nutrient absorption. Bioperine would be nice but naringin has been reported to work well.
There was even a product formulated for blood sugar control based on the studies showing synergism of high dose biotin and chromium. Just two ingredients I have in my custom cap.
Magnesium is a commonly deficient nutrient in western society and offers powerful benefits in insulin resistence situations. The aspartate form is highly bioavailable and in elemental form so 200mg/day would go a long way for most people and a nice amount for those also not deficient.
Vitamin D and its benefits to insulin function is a growing area of research. It is not hard to find studies showing both deficiencies and the negative results on blood sugar and insulin resistance. D3 is the form you want and CC offers this. I think 500iu is a nice level for anyone and would go well with those getting between 400-1000iu from their multi's and other supps. Many are now recommending aiming for at least 1000iu and up to 5000iu with no worries of overdose. Many think 2000iu is the sweet spot here. The benefits of this amazing vitamin a too numerous to mention, but I'm sure many here have been hearing more about this vitamin."
