Looking to put on mass. Dont quite have $100 for x-factor. Looking to try Hyperdrol x2 or mass fx. Or maybe both if christmas goes well. At 19 which product will provide more mass gains. Or should i try something else.

1. get a job
2.buy x factor

just kidding man, but seriously at age 19 there are better supps than AIs such as hyperdrol, I would opt for a good creatine, protein, beta alanine if you dont have a whole lot of $. or just save up and go for Xfactor, which you will love.

If moneys tight and you want to see some good gains I recomend MAN Clout, its not what you were looking for in Hyperdrol or MassFX but its more age appropriate for you as your still growing and dont wanna mess up your endocrine system. Its a great supp with creatine and BA that does wonders for strength.

At your age...if I were you....I'd look into a clean and balanced diet tailored to a surplus of "good" calories since your looking to bulk....a good daily multivitamin....daily essential fatty acids...plenty of rest and sleep.....and a good routine such as HST or 5x5...and some patience for a few more years.

Research is key.

i planned on maybe trying x-factor before summer because i heard you might lean out a little. I was looking for the powerfull product thats still safe at 19. Trying to stay away from the PH's, AAS's, and the debated Jungle warfare. 2 bottles of drive seems expensive for what it does, the same price at bulk AA too.

ive been doing that and fully understand nutrition and the basics. Looking for a boost though if you know what i mean. Almost like a treat for the work ive already done.

I would look into some bulk powders. They are economical (helpful instead of paying $40-$50 for those bottles), and arguably more effective, regardless of age.

For the price of those two bottles, you could go after-
Bulk Beta-Alanine
Bulk Citrulline Malate
Bulk Creatine Mono

All these powders can be bought at NP for a good 1/2 the cost of those two bottles you are considering. And with these powders being non-hormonal, you don't have the cycle them. The gains will keep on coming, and if used correctly with a solid diet, I'd say they would seriously produce better gains than that stack. Especially since you can run these longer... the cumulative effects will surpass quickly if it's somehow behind in a 6-week cycle for example.

Im 6 foot, 165lbs looking to put on 10-12 pounds in 2008. I like the idea about bulk beta and citruline but will they really help me gain some lbs?

These compounds increase your workout capacity, which directly leads to better gains. Improved strength and endurance = more reps, with heavier weight. Not to knock on the other supplements you considered, but they aren't proven like these are. Far more positive feedback, and without the risk of running a hormonal product.
If your diet is on cue (you mentioned so earlier), and you keep at it with solid workouts, 10-12 pounds in a year will be a joke for you.

at ur current height and weight u have tonnnnns of potential to grow with just eating. I went from 155 to 185 in 4-5 months with just food, whey protein and off and on of NO boosters

ah at 19, 6 foot 165lb, the creatine, beta alanine, and way more food are all you need :) you just need to work on diet, you will see big gains with just that.

Anybody wanna guess what I'm gonna say? Huh? C'mon...take a guess!!

Ok, here it is... Mass FX. At your age, MFX would be good to raise test without any problems in the future than a PH would cause. Hyperdrol helps with estrogen, which, again at your age, you shouldn't have problems with. A bump in natty test production would most definitely help you with gains. Yes, it's safe. Yes, you can use it at 19. And yes, it's less than $100. In fact, get a bottle of MFX, a 2lb tub of protein, and some bulk creatine mono and you're set.

Please note: Though I'm a rep for AX, I still have my own opinions and am not a total pimp. And though I like to pimp, my opinions are often my own, such as the case above. Thank you. Go Rudy. ;)

I have to whole-heartedly agree with the above statements! at 19, you are already primed to go.

Get some BA and creatine like latspread suggested, those would be about the only stuff you need.

Thanks alot tim and mace, my question is deffinetly answered and it sounds better come'n from a rep. I got the creatine, protein, multi and all that down. Ive heard good things about BA but is the citrulline malate worth it?

the CM will assist in recovery, i would recommend it.

Though anyone would see good results from Mass FX alone, stacking it with HX2 is definitely a bonus. With MFX, you're getting the increase in free testosterone. Adding HX2 to the mix blocks estrogen conversion, only adding to the fire! On their own, they're awesome. Together...WONDER TWINS, UNITE!!! :D :D :D

i recently did a cycle of 12 HD per day. It seems as thought the more the HD you take the better it gets.......

just remember that everyone is different. I honestly don't see the need for most supplements until you are beyone 23 or so, when your natural prodcution of hormones may start to slow down.......

to each, their own!

but do you think the extra 100 dollars (2x hyperdrol) is worth it for somebody 20 years old ?

No, there is no justification for such a large $$$ hit at your age, especially when speaking of hormonal products. Beta-Alanine and Citrulline Malate my friend, as mentioned earlier. Proven time and time again, and no need to cycle it.
Using whatever boosters you are looking at may give you decent gains after a standard 4 week cycle, but it's seriously just not worth it. Supplementing with Beta-Alanine and Citrulline Malate... your gains will keep coming as you don't need to cycle it. I've been using the two for months now, and there is without a doubt effectiveness in the supplements. Nutraplanet powders are of the finest quality.. you know what you're getting when you shop there.

Hard to say, really. If I had to give a quick, reasonless answer, I'd probably say no. Hit the HX2 in a couple of years when the test levels really start to level off and estrogen conversion becomes a possible problem. For now, MFX would be fine at 20. And still, at that age, you're still doing better with natty test than I am at 28! ;)

So how do you personally take the Beta-Alanine and Citrulline Malate ?

and thank you for your honesty Tim

At the moment, I'm personally taking it through Body Octane, and product produced by MAN. It is a bit pricey (~47 for a 25 day supply), but I'm experimenting with it as I've really grown to like Beta-Alanine and CM in the recent past.

However, I also have both BA and CM in bulk powders from Nutraplanet, and usually work with those. It's far more affordable with the bulk powders, and you know exactly what you are taking in.

With the bulk powders from Nutraplanet:
Beta-Alanine @ 2g (~1/2 teaspoon), taken twice daily....
1st serving ~30 mins pre-workout, 2nd post-workout.

Citrulline Malate @ 3g (~3/4 teaspoon), taken twice daily....
1st serving ~30mins pre-workout, 2nd serving either in the morning or evening, to separate dosages.

On your off days, take a serving of both in the morning before breakfast and the second serving of both before dinner, or late afternoon. The Beta-Alanine is absolutely tasteless, and the Citrulline-Malate has a bit of a sour taste to it. Throw some water in your mouth, toss em in, and then take another few swallows of water to wash it down. Pain free.

The effects of BA and CM are cumulative. Beta-Alanine works through Carnosine levels, and increases them dramatically over time (several weeks). You may see immediate effects before then, but the real benefits come as the weeks go on. Citrulline Malate increases work capacity immediately, at least in my experience.
And just for an FYI, when you dose the Beta-Alanine, you may experience a "Niacin Flush". It is the tingly feeling, nothing painful at all, but unique. Completely harmless, and I've read before that it actually is a benefit (expunges toxins from the body).
