what is the flush like? is it uncomfortable? anything like a GABA rush? do you think my dosage regime is good? do you think it should be taken at a separate time that non methylated oral ph's or pro steroids like furazadrol or trenaplex? --in your opinion.

You get red and blotchy, sometimes warm and tingly, mostly on your face and neck. Personally, I like the feeling, but people look at you like a leper when you are in public.


Go above 100mg or so and you will experience it, ramp up after you know what its going to feel like.

about how long does it last for you on average?

is the feeling worse when you increase the dose? my caps are 1000mg per cap. cant really start at 100mg....

do you think my dosage outline above is too high?

Just more intense at higher doses. It lasts about 15-30 mins depending. Pop 1g and see what you think. You'll feel it in about 10 mins. Like I said, I like it, not as tingly as Beta Alanine, but warm and flushed. Just don't go anywhere for a bit.

on a completely separate topic, i may be paranoid but i believe that my hair may be thinning. I have always had thin hair. as far as i remember when I ran my hand through my hair and pulled a bit a hair or two seems to shed. it still does so now, but I am just concerned about the future. i like to be proactive and not watch it happen. I know shedding is normal and doesn't necessarily mean I am going bald, but I would like to avoid such things at all costs if they are being sped up by the androgens.

do you guys use any year round or on cycle ancillaries for your hair?

if one is not prone to MPB (I am not as far as i know) is it still possible for him to loose hair from androgens?

if yes, how do some of these pro bber's (obviously on lots of androgens) keep full heads of hair? or are they all on medication for it?
 
About the niacin it makes me real uncomfortable but that could just be me. On another note what is the weight at pudz?

spiro would be my choice. I dont want a systematic reduction in DHT. Thats crazy imo unless you are really really going bald.
 
this is from the thread i made on P5P..."less P 5-P is needed than pyridoxine. No controlled studies have given exact comparisons, but I've found 50 milligrams per day of P 5-P to do the work of 200 to 500 milligrams of pyridoxine hydrochloride....Several individuals presenting sensory neuropathy following high doses of pyridoxine had their conditions completely relieved by discontinuing the pyridoxine, taking no B6 in any form for 3 days, then taking 50 milligrams per day P 5-P for five days with no further symptoms"

so i would say 50mg twice a day would be safe.

Yeah, a bit extreme, but the sides are far less than Dutasteride.
 
I agree, i think what I will do is obtain some topical spiro for my next cycles and just run that as prevention. I also do not want systematic reduction in DHT, I think that can just further complicate things.

and thanks for the p-5-p info PP. yea my research wasn't up to par. Soooo busy lately with work. its crazy.

sorry i havent updated my journal everyone. I've had alot going on. The niacin is working out. I take 1000mg with meal 3. I get flushed for about an hour and if i take it with food its not so bad. I get used to it. It burns for a bit then feels kinda interesting. Yesterday i did it on an empty stomach and it HURT like hell. Extrememly uncomfortable. cycle is going well I am tapering down and dieting very strictly. When i have more energy tm I will post my current diet up. I am trying to lean up a little bit towards the end of the cycle to provide a more smooth transition between ON and OFF cycle periods. I am still gaining strength and size, as well as well as improving my condition. I am doing 15 mins of HIIT cardio on an empty stomach upon waking on training days and about 30 mins of moderate pase cardio on wednesday. (one of my off days).
 
here is some feedback on the P5P. many people have been wondering about it. Well i will tell you from experience it works great. I have been having several symptoms of managed/lowered prolactin. First, I usually get sore nips / slight gyno irritation from progestins. This however is not happening now that i use 50mg P5P twice daily. ALSO. whats quite interesting is the science behind prolactin and it's involvement in male sexual activity, especially the refractory period after a male ejaculates. I am not very researched on the theories and particular details of this science, but from what i have read and know, high prolactin can lead to many things including sexual dysfunction. I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction in the length of my refractory period. It stands to reason this is partially due to P5P's prolactin reducing effects. I draw a parallel between p5p and cabergoline. Cabergoline is known to reduce or even eliminate the refractory period in males....but other side effects associated with the compound are not so good (its effect on the heart etc). I find it very interesting and very noteworthy that this is happening. May clear up a bunch of doubts people had and convince some that P5P is definitely something to use while increased prolactin is a risk.

I was gonna jump on this too after this week or so, noticing my libido go down ever so slightly and gyno aggrivation. Glad i did my research on this stuff (P5P)

yea it is great!. the refractory thing is like a really refreshing exciting feeling. sort of opens up new doors for fun if you know what i mean. anyway. i have been using a total of 100mg per day. I feel SLIGHT sensitivity in my right nipple to the touch. I was wondering if bumping to 150mg per day (3 evenly spaced doses) would be advised? what do you think P?

See the only thing i would be concerned about is the rise after cessation of use. Similiar to everything else we take, you get that feedback for suppressing, that rebound. Im not entirely sure tho, all we can do is experiment ourselves :)

yea true. I guess a way to avoid that is to slowly decrease the dose to 0 over a period of maybe three weeks since i will possibly use 3 doses per day. should allow the body a smoother transition than stopping abruptly.

I have been using 20mg ED with superdrol since the beginning of last week. I am running it for a total of 3 weeks and then beginning PCT. I got VERY sick the first week of use (maybe wouldnt have been as bad if i used 10mg). It seemed like a head cold, but i was so weak, had no appetite, and my joints ached. some of these symptoms are still present but getting better by the day. I wonder if thats just my bodies reaction to the harshness of superdrol, or a just a headcold or both. Man it was not fun though. All i could do was lay around, sleep and eat PB &J with whey. weird thing is, I didn't loose a pound, and I didn't really get out of shape. I didn't workout all week and I still looked big and not deflated. superdrol is some strong stuff. Hopefully now that i can get the diet right and train with it, it will start working its magic.

I am probably going to stay at 20mg this week and possibly run up to 30mg for the last week. Unless anyone things I should just give a 2 week run at 30mg.......
 
yea i feel sick and just low. Also appetite is cut in half but not loosing a pound. In fact i have lost a few pounds of fat and gained a few in muscle. nothing much maybe 3-5lbs. noticeable in the mirror.... i may go back down to 20mg if 30mg doesnt contribute to anything but sides....
 
well i've been up and down with feeling sick the past two weeks. Lots of hard times with the GF. anyway I was training chest yesterday and doing dumbbell incline press when i felt a little "snap" where I had my previous chest injury.....looks like a twinged the tendon again. Its not swollen but if I contract my chest or use my arm to pull across my body the wrong way i get a deep pain where the tendon connects to the pec. I cannot seem to shake this injury!. I have some IGF-1 LR3 sitting here. I have prepare some acetic acid somehow and start shotting that in the injured area. Just my luck....towards the end of my last cycle is when i busted my chest too.

mayeb possibly shooting the lr3 in the nearest muscle to the injury might do it some good
 
damn these injuries. I must say while using EQ the entire cycle I had near no joint pain and I was lifting heavy! even on the previously injured muscle groups.....I think a little EQ is a must for my next cycles.... oh and a more consistent LR3 cycling regime
 
well since I came down with strep throat and an ear infection after my pec re-injury. I decided to take the week off and rest. I am still recovering but I decided to continue superdrol at 20mg and 10mg Epi for another week so I didnt end on a bad note. I have transitioned into PCT style training and eating. I will be training EOD (laying off chest for a while), and focusing on mostly compound movements (boosts GH and Test). Also my workouts are shorter (1hr or less)....and the extra days off give my body a chance to recover.

As for nutrition....BCAA's and lots of them PCT.
-on a separate note. did anyone else notice superdrol F up their appetite? It's like im hungry but dont want to eat. and when I do eat I can only stomach stuff thats appetizing. I am still eating very clean but eating less and more frequently throughout the day. Sometimes I am just simply NOT hungry...
-I think the fatigue plays a role in this. I am borderline passing flat out most of the day from this stuff.
-physique wise its great! other sides aren't bad if even present (knocking on wood).

-during PCT I will be running 20-40mcg IGF-1LR3 EOD after training.
- I will also be using albuterol at whatever dose I find best (i've used it before and never went higher than 12...got some results but not as good as it could have been at say 16 or 18mg)

^^(the IGF-1 and the Alb will help with preventing some catabolism. The alb is also good for endurance, keeping the fat off, and helping lipids.)

Funny you mentioned appetite and SD. I have a hell of a time between lack of 'wanting' to eat and the lethargy. I'm a walking zombie by the second week, but if I stick through it, the strength gains are awesome, the problem was always motivation to not nap and hit the iron.

ehhhh the buterol's in general make me feel uneasy. some people like that stuff though. superdrol makes me feel like a giant pile of crap as well. like x said if you can stick it out the end result is nice.

i'm looking more into post post cycle training at the moment. i can't continue on with the same intensity and volume that i was using while on that's for sure.

I went back to Max-OT type for my last PCT and it workd out pretty well. That and P-Slin surprisingly work real well.
 
yea i mean Im basically using dorian yates spoken advice on top of my own knowledge and realizing that less training is best PCT. 3-4 times per week and compound movements. Seems best to me.

as far as the albuterol....I just dont know. Clen doesn't attract me at all, but something about albuterol seems to convince me the pro's outweight any con's. The only real con i can conjure up about it would be its negative effect on the heart. There is a lot of 'spoken' evidence that suggests it isnt nearly as dangerous as clen on the heart because of the shorter half life but who knows. I wonder what type of tests / further evidence could be employed to prove either way?

as for superdrol....definitely makes me feel like pure crap. It works great for the physique though. I will probably run 20mg EPI and 20mg Superdrol for the last few days here.

as far as P-slin....I was thinking of either running P slin witht he IGF-1 to help keep gains or using half the IGF-1 dose and using like 2-5IU humalong PWO with my IGF-1. to be honest.....real slin is looking like a more efficient option IMO.
 
my body is telling me to back off big time. I had this little bit of tendinitis where my upper lat meets the rear delt / armpit (if that makes it any easier to visualize). it is really aggravated when I deadlift. I thought it was nothing but went to deadlift today and now theres a sharp pain there. I have my IGF-1 set up and ready to use. I will probably shoot 20mcg into my hurt pec tendon and 20mcg into the lat area and then begin a normal regime with the IGF-1 Come monday when PCT starts......

I'll tell you guys one thing it sucks to keep ending cycles with injuries b.c it screws you over for losses in PCT. Im going to do everything I can to hold onto my physique this time. shouldn't be too hard with some of my strategies. I just hope my blood checks out well after PCT and my body stabilizes. I will take some time off and train/ rest naturally, throw some sperm in a bank and get back on the gear as soon as I safely can.

HCG has a half life of 1-3 days Im assuming. Therefore today is Saturday and I want to start PCT monday. Should I do a 250IU inject tonight and then begin PCT monday? My last shot was Wednesday at 250IU......
 
Agreed. If it was a 5000iu shot, I would think differently.
 
just take the shot imo. I dont think small shots like 250-500iu range are going to have a negative effect on recovery if taken right before or the first few days of PCT, its diff from using HCG throughout PCT or using larger doses...

That came from the Superdrol. Its happened to me 3 times now. You get sick you're tired...feels like the flu or a really bad cold...but you just can't kick it...a few decent days followed by relapse...then after several weeks ear infections & respiratory infections requiring anti-biotics.

My last inject cycle I tried to close w/ SD but the exact same thing started happening again for a 4th time. I defeated it by dropping the SD and trying colloidal silver for the first time.

Superdrol sickness sucks!
