Can someone refresh my mind on the dosages and times for the old version of powerfull. Ive been given some but i forget how to dose it. Its been a little while.

I like 2 AM, 2 Pre workout and 4 before bed. Your mileage may vary. Just be sure to take them while carb fasted.

New Formula is

2-3 pre workout and 2 before bed.

I loved the old stuff, 2/2/2 works great or 2/2/4 if you don't mind using up your supply for added deep sleep (aka comatose) :P

I liked the old stuff too and just got some new stuff to supplement PCT.

Right now I'm doing 1/2/1 on workout days and 1/1/1 on non-workouts...but I'm thinking of upping before bed so I can get results similar to ALRI's Lean Dreams. That stuff is great...
 
I've used the new stuff but only for sleep, which it helps with nicely. I typically go 2/2/2 or higher for the last dose but for anyone with a limit to how much they can use I'd go with 1/2/1-workout and 2/0/2-non workout.

after learning the supplement, I like this protocol.

workout days
3 pre workout
2 before bed

off days
2 1 hour after 1st meak
2 before bed

saturday and sunday off.
 
I dig the two dose way, think I'll have to try that. Btw, I've been using TNA lately and TNA>PF for sleep. Infact I just plain like TNA, good stuff.
