Beelze training log

nycste, as a general rule of thumb that i use. 4oz of meat - 25 grams of protein. some are a little higher, some a little lower, but it's pretty fvcking close.

anyhoo,
flat smith - 325 x 12 (up 10lbs, same reps)
military dumbbell - 100's x 7 (same, felt wobbly today)
RGBP smith - 325 x 8 (up 10lbs)
CG cable pulldowns - 250 x 12 (up 4 reps)
dumbbell rows - 145's x 8
(3) alt. calf raises x max
30 mins cardio

i can tell i'm still dropping bodyweight as waist is still leaning out a tad, just not as fast as before. i even bumped my cals up a tad on lifting days by 50 carbs but it hasn't made a difference thus far. creatine is still at 250/wk, gardenia honey at 2tps. been that way for months now.

nice improvements

thanks for food tips

so you take 250/7=40something grams creatine mono daily with 2 tsps honey?>

So what does the gardenia honey do? Is it in actual honey form? If it plays as an aid if fatloss i would be interested my body seems to be rebelling against supplements at the moment so i have quit almost all of them.

I'm back to the basics and gym/cardio time

gardenia honey definitely helps with fat loss, and maintaining muscle mass. good shiznitz. it's getting harder to find nowadays that's why i bumped it down to 2 a few months ago, used to be at 3tps.

as for the creatine, i just take it all at one time, generally on wed night.

ubi and bp follow me ;)

sounds shady, where are they following you too the powdered room covered in gardenia honey? what are you guys doing there?

nycste, 250. the gardenia honey isn't really a secret, pretty much all bodybuilders are aware of it.

and yes, not only am i in the snuggle club high council, i'm also a member.

Right over Nyc's head...

I might be getting 250g/creatine a week soon from my Doctor, hopefully I see the same results. Haven't gotten any honey yet, looking at 300 iu sweet potatoes as well.

something is definitely going right for me, damn. dropped another 1/4" on my waist this week and strength is still going up. i wonder if the copious amounts of vegetables added recently are to blame.

hack squats - 500 x 12 (up 4 reps)
hammer leg curls - 145 x 8 (up 10lbs)
standing alt. dumb curls - 75's x 8 (up 2 reps)
barbell shrugs (grip work) - 345 x 12 (up 4 reps)
donkey calves - (3) 400 x max
heavy abs (115lbs x 8 on extreme decline) and oblique work

32 mins cardio

Hey Beelze a while back when I stained my back you recommended a 13mm lever belt from inzer. lifetime warranty.

Could this work at my workplace? Im a stocker at a grocery store and the biggest guy there so Im used to lift heavy stuff every day day in day out. My back has felt a lil strained lately and I got to get a belt. Could this belt work in this situation ?

umm the answer to that would be DUHHH

of course proper form on lifts is most important

belts will help a lot create you more stability and stuff

World's Strongest Man competitor Kevin Nee lifts at my gym and uses a sort of back girdle while doing a lot of his lifting and event training. It's not a belt, but it stabilizes the midsection in much the same manner and is comfortable to wear both alone and with a belt. You might want to check into one of those.

yeah, i guess you could use a lever belt for workplace but ktw is more on the money in this regard. they make back supports designed for work, i've had one before and they help a little. the lever belt would be ridiculously uncomfortable for that period of time. but yeah, it would work.

awwww sh1t.. those RDLs are getting back up there. Damn I was getting all stoked to see your skinny ass show some semblance of being mortal. :)

Maybe the RIC is good to you huh friend?

i think it just may be brutha. ;) 495 felt pretty comfortable, i'll be back to 605 in no time. grip is getting outright retarded, don't need straps for anything anymore.

Beelze do you grip under/over or over for Deads?

I used to do over/under; although my highest dead is 405. I freaked when I saw a video over at intensemuscle. of a guy doing over under and tore his bicep.

yeah, i'm over/under. usually the guys that tear their bicep are curling their arm up a little bit near the top, which is fvcking stupid.

Animal.

Snuggle Club in the hizzoussse!

figure if i'm come this far, might as well push it a little further to see what i can really do.

Dam! Lookin hot in the new avy! Congrats skinny boy. :D

I agree. Beelzieboo has shown amazing motivation and went from being a monster to being a ripped up stud that can still pulverize a horse's skull with a right cross.

A few skinny notes from your old pal Ubi. (if I may be so presumptuous)

Keep that dysmorphia in check my friend. Remember when I was too lean for my own good? It's a hard thing to shake once you get too fond of having veins popping on your abs year round. It hindered my training progression after a while. You're obviously bringing your strength back, but damn... fasted cardio 6 days a week for 1 hour sessions when you're already that lean is more than "kicking it up a notch." :D

I might remind you that I cut up for years without any cardio.. strictly carb manipulation. I'd bet money that you're already really healthy, cardiovascular-wise.

noted ubi. i'll keep an eye on my strength and adjust accordingly, right now all is well as most things are still going back up to the strength of old. i've still got a bit to lose in my lower back and love handle region, i'd figure another 2" total. but i've got until june or so to reach that so i'm in no hurry, just getting impatient as you would say, the ripped up ab monster has bitten me.

thanks BP ;)

blackjack, i don't know truth be told. last time i weighed in was over a month ago at 226. i know i'm below that now, i'd venture to guess below 220 or so. need to buy a whole new wardrobe but don't want to until i reach my final weight, then just keep it there.

sh!t, not right now. not after this day of cheating. went into a carb coma 3 times today. pizza buffet, krispy kremes, taco bell, burger king, cheesecake, snickers (with almonds mind you), and some killian's. figure i'll be earning it all this week with that 1 hr of fasted cardio bullsh!t that i already committed myself to doing 6 days a week. whoopiefvckindoo..

thanks brutha. chicks dig it, and so does ubimeister.

upon waking - 1hr cardio

4 hrs and 2 meals later -
leg press - 960 x 11 (up 5 reps)
lying leg curls - 255 x 6 (up 10lbs)
hammer preacher curl - 145 x 9 (up 10lbs)
dumbbell shrugs (grip work combo) - 145's x 15 (up 3 reps)
standing calves - (3) 320 x 10
heavy abs on extreme decline - 115lbs x 12 (up 2 reps)

feels good not doing cardio after that sh!t.

I just had a Double Double from In and Out. I'll go back to cleanliness when I drop the Moms off at the airport. This **** is starting to show. lol
