well if there were ever a cheat day, or a dirty bulk day, today was one of them. i ate so much today! here it goes, poptart, glass of milk, bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle (mcd's), hashbrown, oj, 'mass shake', protein bar, can of tuna, pasta, chili, another can of tuna, rice, 2 crab rangoons, white castle cheeseburger, protein shake, chicken breast, soup, broccoli, and top it off a slice of pumpkin pie and a tall glass o milk. and now a protein shake before i hit the sack. LOL geez i didn't realize it was that much til i wrote it down! damn. anyways i had a grueling leg day today so i figured what the hell i could use the extra cals. i am up to 7 plates on each side of the leg press for 10 reps, knees all the way down to touching my chest. i'm pretty happy about that. my legs were f'ing swoled up today. i was waddling around the gym like a duck. i took a small piece of advice from pudz's posts somewhere else and did a few sets of bi's and tri's today with legs as well. nothing crazy but i wanted to stimulate some extra growth and pudz made sense when he said he was going to train bi's with legs so they grow proportionate to the larger muscle being worked. all's good though. only side to speak of, now that the water has left me from the dbol, is a little acne on my forehead (which sucks cause i'm still looking for a better job and interviewing) and a little acne on my shoulders. thats it though. test is the shizzy! oh yeah, i'm not weighing in starting tomorrow til the end of my cycle. i'm become absolutely compulsive with the scale and it sucks. anybody else besides jomi or gixxer (lol) have advice on extending my cycle to 20 weeks?

How well did you recover after your oral cycles?

I dont think 20 weeks is unreasonable, however I would add some HCG in if I were to do that.

pretty well given some of the circumstances. my first post cycle went very smooth, and i kept every single lb i gained while on if i remember correctly. second was ok, but i hurt my shoulder on that incline bench with the straps during it so i lost a little weight and strength while i recovered. the third, which was superdrol, megatrn/megazol was good. i was mainly recomping and trying to stay lean because it was summer time. when i came off i didnt up my cals or anything and because of the mtrn being such a strength compound i remember my numbers went down a little but nothing drastic. during this next one i will be able to utilize more cals because itll be the dead of winter. and yeah i'm currently looking into gettin some hcg in case i decide to get more test.

i'm thinking about getting one more test and running the cycle for 20 weeks. too long for this being my first? also i'm not using hcg. you guys think i'll be really severely shut down and not able to rebound back to normal quick enough to keep my gains?

alright boys time for an update. this is the end of week seven. i'm at 190 still. but i've been dealing with a lot of distractions lately between work, my ill grandfather, and my dog passing away this morning that have left me with a weak appetite. it's really hard to pound down those calories day in and day out for this long of a cycle but i've managed to up until this week. i've also been eating dirtier if you want to call it that. i've gotten all of my protein requirements everyday but i feel that i've put on a little fat lately as well. oh well, sh1t happens. i'm going to try and clean it up from here on out. also i'm lowering the volume of my workouts as i feel i've been training too much at times. i'll be getting igf and adding to the cycle in two weeks. which means i'll be running it weeks 9, 10, 11, 12. i'll probably use this havoc i've got thats been sitting around for weeks 11, 12, 13, 14, the latter two will be when the test esters are clearing. this will give my body a break from the igf, which i will be adding back in week 15, 16, 17, 18 (post cycle). unless i get another bottle of test, this is how my cycle will end as of now. if you guys have any other suggestions just holler.

my joints, especially my elbows are sore as hell right now. although i had a good chest workout today and hit a pr, my arms felt incredibly weak for some reason, especially at my joints. i wonder if i should back off the adex a bit. maybe i'm drying out too much? i'm doing .25 every day right now. i've also been taking 1 teaspoon of cissus in the am and pm so i'm thinking the cause of the weakness/soreness is estrogen related. should i do .25 eod?
 
alright after coming to the conclusion that my soreness and pain is not estrogen related, and after researching tendonitis, i believe i have the beginning stage of this sh1tty problem. soooo, even though i don't want to take time off in the middle of my cycle, i feel it is necessary to, in order to make gains in the future. i look at it this way, i could continue to workout, not make any gains, and possibly further injure myself just because i don't want to waste two weeks of gear, or i can take 1-2 weeks off from upper body work, begin taking igf, heal, and continue to make gains. i have enough to extend my cycle to 15 weeks which i am definitely going to do as of now. if i can acquire hcg i will make it 20. but right now, its 15, with 2 off from upper body work. please guys let me know what you think about this plan. i will continue to go heavy as hell on my legs though during this period because they are responding absolutely amazing.

make sure you stretch...its keeps the tendons from getting brittle and releases some of the free radicals and such that can travel into the synovial fluid and give you irritation and pain. I have had and continue to have fluky tendons and I tell you prevention is key. Simple stretching, knowing your limits, supplements like cissus, and proper rest and form is key. take the time off at first notice. even just a week and then just start out slow. you will still make progress even if you use light weight and pump the muscles up. i wouldnt worry about it. using test by itself can blunt collagen synthesis I've heard.....that is part of the reason i stacked Bold with mine...i have some naggin injuries that are healing nicely...maybe get some bulk bold? kinda late now but hey. I hope it gets better man. stretch and warm up well.!-can be the difference between fat and sedentary, and big, jacked, cut and lifting when it comes to injuries

i haven't updated in awhile but since my last posting i feel 100% better. i've changed up a few things in my training. first off, i'm no longer training bis with chest and tris with shoulders. instead i train chest, shoulders, and back on their own respective days. i've added bw+added weight chins to my back routine which seems to have made a world of difference for my bi's. instead of doing 9-12 sets of bis on chest days, i've been doing a few sets of straight bb curls on my deadlift day. i've also been blasting my tri's with 9 quick sets of heavy weight on my squat day. i found the origin of my forearm pain was from doing heavy incline skull crushers. since then i've cut that out and my joints and forearms are loving me for it. i've also cut my adex dosage down to .125 ed which has made a difference as well. week 10 starts today which means next week i'll be throwing in an oral to tail end the cycle along with igf which i'll carry into post cycle. still looking to make a few last minute gains while on:thumbsup:

looks like you had a good cycle, will be looking for the before and after pics bro, would not be a bad idea to get blood tests done after PCT too, especialy since you didn't use HCG
 
total weight gain while on dbol and test is about 11lbs. technically, i started pulsing superdrol 3 weeks before the cycle because i thought my plans to run this were gonna fall through. i gained 6lbs from that. so if i count that, its 17 lbs total. i wish i had not done the 3 week pulse because i think it hindered my gains from the dbol. but oh well. 17lbs is fvckin good if you ask me. with this being week 12, i still feel like i'm getting bigger and better muscle shape. i'm running havoc now as well which could be a factor to that lol. i havent added in igf yet because i cant find acetic acid. i dont trust myself mixing up my own sterile concoction either so i'm still on the lookout. my final post cycle stack is toremifene, dermacrine sustain alpha, drive, and igf-1 (if i find aa). i've got some creatine, cissus, rpm, igf-2, anabolic pump, carnage (beta alanine) here too which i might pick and choose from. i don't really want to go overboard with P.CT like i've done in the past because i can't really attribute which product is doing what if theres 10 products being run. some people on this board do that and i just don't see the point if you don't know what did what when it's time to put together another stack. post will start 2 weeks from today :(

not gonna lie, i've been a little inconsistent with the dosing. i skipped this sunday, monday, and tuesday because of new years. i didnt feel like making my liver work overtime. i'm experimenting with running 40mg pre workout and 20mg postworkout though and so far so good. because i'm using it as a pre/post supp i'm seeing some mood fluctuations but that was expected. im noticing a slight increase in strength and size so far so lets hope it keeps up these next two weeks so i can finish off with a bang. i'm a few pounds shy of 200 so i am hoping to at least see the scale say it once this cycle lol.
 
btw i've got a full physical and blood lined up for post, post cycle so i'll be able to see where i stand then for those interested.
