If for example CEL were to sue him, he would need to provide that evidence otherwise it would be slander.


For example i cant go on tv and say colgate toothpaste is gixxers love juice and does nothing for your teeth. Unless i could prove it, colgate could sue the pants off of me.

Great. Only thing i find though, is occasionally you can get a nipple hair stuck between the teeth. kind of annoying, but i cant think of worse things...

Sorry your wrong......Nobody can sue due to opinion. again nobody can prove that he infact actually tested this product....c'mon bro be real.....if I were a lawer on the other side(pa's side)..I would bring it to the court..."do we have proof he infact tested our product???" do we have video of him opining a bottle and testing it..if not we have no conclusive evidence!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know bro, your right on this once. Im exhausted, my jokes suck and i thought PA was taking over the world.

In corporate slander, one company has to say something completely wrong about another companys product. If the company can prove that the other companys statement (which is proved not to be true) about their product if bogus and they can prove the suffered loss in sales because of it, then they can sue.

I.e IBM cant say the HP laptops explode on contact with humans, if its not true. If they do say it, and HP prove in court it affected their sales in a negative way they can sue.

PA is stating his opion as a sole person, not as his companys opinion.

No problem bro. In my profession when you have some of the low lifes that pass through the E.R. threatening to sue you and the hospital at every turn for a quick buck you tend to learn the law very quickly.

/i hate that, i mean you save their butts, yet they are so quick to blame the doctors, nurses, hospital etc for anything that goes wrong.

I mean, why.... they save your life, you turn round and sue them because you smoked your whole life, drank like a fish, and the doc had to cut open your chest to fix your heart.... unfortunately during the saving of your life, the doc accidently cut an artery and you have lost some feeling in your arm....

Im wondering at what point they think....hmm the doctor save my life, but he made me loose feeling in my arm....time to sue.

Sorry for the late reply I had some issues to deal with but on to some of the posts in response to mine...


The rep system has not been reset in a long time. The numbers to reach "crowns" were added to reduce the amount popping up and having to be leaded per post. And to be quite honest I have been here since the onset of the rep system and most of us here got a majority o our reps without making any real contribution. Most were in reference to some kind of funny post or other BS posted.

Instead of abusing the system all over again we could look how to make it more of what it was meant to be. Or we can just make excuses to rep each other into oblivion again and in 3-6 months get upset we lose the reps again and act like most of them came from worthwhile posting/helping others. And to do it in front of the guys face who owns the board just doesn't make sense. He tries to impliment functions into the board to make it better for us as a community and when he tries to clean it up you repay him with this type of garbage.

I'm right on board with being funny and having a great time but sometimes there's a right place and time and in my opinion this just doesn't seem to be it.

yeah turkey burgers are awesome. the burgers im makin now are from my dads friend who raises cattle so its all grass fed and natural, I used to work for him in the summers and one time I accidentally ran into one of his cows with a tractor.. true story haha.

To be completely honest reps mean squat to me. I'm here for some good bodybuilding conversation and laughs. Everyone is here for different reasons. I understand the purpose of a rep system, but in all reality it's completely meaningless in the grand scheme of things. Most of us know where the knowledge base lies and that's all that really matters in the end.

well lets see it then son! i just got back from the animal emergency room and had to leave our pup up there for stabilization over night. probably have to put her to sleep tomorrow so i need something to cheer me up before i deal with that in the morning.

thanks man, its just hard cause she started having trouble breathing a few hours ago and now we found out she has dog lung cancer. out of nowhere!!!! she's nine and a half (yorkshire terrier-tiny little cute pup) but shes been seriously 110% FINE up until this evening and now she won't make it through the night without help. we were stuck with choosing to leave her here to die overnight and have a horrible evening or give her one last good one for about $500. hard decision to make.

anyways the list looks great tripnast. btw i've got some new alien info i'll lay on you guys on the flipside! peace
