breakfast - 1 cup oats, 32 oz. milk, 4 scoops whey, efa's
snack - can of tuna
snack - pb&j sandwich, 24oz. milk
lunch - chicken breast with 1/2 cup pasta, efa's
snack - can of tuna
dinner - chicken breast, 1/2 cup broccolli
snack - 2 scoops whey
snack - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
late night - 2 scoops whey, efa's

now i didn't add up everything but i'm pretty sure i'm at ~3000 cals. how am i losing weight?? i've been using 80mg dbol since the middle of this past week to finish up the stash (today is my last day). if anything, shouldn't i have gained more water weight with the addition of 20mg? i'm confused as hell. training has been good though. i'm steadily getting stronger on everything. beat a pr this past week on db military press without a spot so i'm stoked about that. maybe i'm overtraining?? i feel like i can stay in the gym for 3 hours while i'm on. i force myself to leave at around an hour and fifteen minutes or an hour and a half. mabye i need to take a look at my training and write out my routine before i go in there and 'wing it' like i've been doing on this cycle. like i said earlier, today is my last day on dbol which i'm actually happy about. i'm ready to be off the orals.

Add more complex carbs and fats. Multi-grain pasta and LOTS of olive oil with your tuna and chicken meals. Works every time for me.
 
i log all of my workouts in the gym in a little notebook. i have a good idea what i'm going to do from the previous workout, and know which weights i'm using. its the feeling of being able to train forever that gets me going and adding in random stuff and before i know it i'm making myself leave cause i've been in there for 1.5 hours.

on a side note i had a crazy intense leg day today. had to go to the bathroom and sit on the sh1tter for like 10 minutes cause i felt like i was either going to throw up or pass out from the deadlifts and box squats i was doing. those drain me sooo much. i'm box squatting my normal squat pr prior to this cycle so i know i'm making progress. my legs are getting gross looking... i love it.

No reason to start dbol at 40mg/day. Really no reason to use dbol at all, but if you are gonna use it I would start at 20mg. Heck, at 15mgs I gained 15lbs in 3 wks.

update!!!! so i have been off the dbol for 6 days now. weight is holding steady at 192. i'm feeling a little bloated actually. moreso than when i was on dbol????? weird. my strength this week has been pretty damn good. set a new box squat pr. it was actually more than my pr with normal squats so i'm looking forward to my leg day to see what i can squat. i've been getting enormous crazy pumps in the gym lately. painful almost! my shoulders felt like they were going to explode yesterday. i saw a lot of people i haven't seen in a few months last night and they were like "sh!T!! what the hell are you on?? what am i doing wrong??" lol :thumbsup: i guess i'm looking a lil bigger.

i'll be getting some igf soon and will be adding that to my cycle and PCT. probably @ 50mcg for 4 weeks mtwtf weekends off. then another 4 weeks during post cycle. anybody got other suggestions for it?

This is the strategy I employed. I ran it 50mcg MT TH F adn then weekends off. I would'nt run it 5 days straight. Anyway I used IGF with my kickoff and then Im using it again to transition into PCT. I was going to use it again towards the end of the cycle but it got way to expensive. 50mcg is a good dose. I liked it.

thanks for the advice! yeah igf prices are ridiculous. i'm playing around with numbers right now and i think i can bump the test up like you did for a few weeks. would it be best to use it the following weeks when the esters are clearing or start using the igf the weeks OF me using more test. see what i'm saying? i want to do 2 four week igf cycles so i think i'd need to do the higher test injections and igf pretty soon to be able to run the igf again in 8 weeks.

i'm thinking about getting one more test and running the cycle for 20 weeks. too long for this being my first? also i'm not using hcg. you guys think i'll be really severely shut down and not able to rebound back to normal quick enough to keep my gains?

yo i'm loving test right now! my strength has shot up again this past week! my weight is still the same though. my muscle shape is definitely changing for the better. kinda hard to explain but i've got more 'hard' lines i guess you could say. my back today was pumped as hell! i don't think i'm going to use dbol in my next round though. i'll probably use some kind of test combo or short ester next time with a mild superdrol pulse throughout the cycle. or maybe some anavar tren and t prop! mmmmmm hhmm!
