Transdermal Melotan II

I just received my order, and they through in an extra vile as the result of a shipping delay. I was thinking about trying to see if trans dermal would work as I hate sub injections. Any idea why this wouldn't work if I put 10 mg in like 30 mg of penetrate?

If it would work what type of absorption should I expect ~ 40%?

Melanotan II is a peptide. It's several amino-acids bonded together, the molecules gonna be HUGE.

Peptides are pretty unstable in solution (you have to use certain solvents). You'll probably destroy all of it within a few hours.
 
Answer is no...plain and Simple,just like you can't drive your car if you fill it up with water instead of gas...You can't make a transdermal out of mt-II,no offense but why did you buy it if you don't want to inject it anyways?

peptides are sensitive,you mix anything except bac water with that lypholized powder and its destroyed immediately upon contact...you mine as well fluch it down the toilet if you plan on doing anything except refridgerate it and inject it

I have used it before and planned on injecting it, but read this Invalid Link Removed that some company was developing a topical version. As I got an extra vile I figured that I would do an experiment, but if there is no way it will work then I wont waste it.
 
there is also an implant thats been worked on,but neither of those are whats in your hands...why not inject it anyways,you can use the absolute smallest insulin syringe and don't feel a thing,not even a pin prick its so small?
You said you've injected before?LAST TIME?If in fact you did then I can't see why you would even want not too...unless you were using a 60cc horse syringe for some reason..?

defenitely just inject it using the standard weight tables everyone else does..you will be fine
i've used the stuff for the last 3 yrs.and got crazy dark...so does my girl,she even has no problem injecting it..
 
mt-II is one of my fav peptides besides growth..I love the stuff...you do know how much to inject and dilute right?

I am using a 1cc 28 gauge. I went through 20 mg earlier this summer, and its not that it hurts. I just don't like Subq, cant really explain it. I have to imagine some others feel the same way. I just pinned bout .5 cc which is 1mg.
 
Yeah i know what you mean,I guess I'm just used to pinning,My girl hates needles and she doesn't mind an insulin pin mt-II shot at all,she actually looks forward to them now.I turned her into a tanning junkie,lol..I love the stuff.I buy 1,000mg(1g) at a time and get it dirt cheap,last all year around.I don't take it when I'm bulking though cause the stuiff kills my appetite big time...of course my girl loves that side effect...feel free to pm me if you need any help dosing or anything...Personally It takes me 30-40mg to get as dark as I like...and then I split the dose in half or siwtch to every other day,I've got so dark you'd swear I changed races...you gotta really hit a tanning bed heavy too for it to really take its full effects..after 10 days start tanning ed and you'll get crazy dark...
 
Is the topical version out and does it work? EPT1647 I ran out of my shots and looking to re order asap.
 
no way...mel doesn't survive temps approaching warmer that room temperature and simple rigorous shaking will destroy it. Now how can that survive the PH changes, and rubbing of a topical solution.
 
Why not inject the mel 2...its just takes those itty bitty sub q needles.

They are painless and worry free even for a needle pussy like me.

mel 2 is some great stuff, not only for the tan, but for the flash back to high school with random boners that occur for no particular reason.

Does it give you a lot of unwanted freckles though?
 
It got me darker than I have ever have been in my life. I'm one of those Pasty/Burn type people.

It works better in conjunction with some sun exposure, it seems to make you more prone to tan.

It took me like $120 to get there. My freckles did get dark (didn't get new ones), but I don't have a lot. My buddy had some pretty ugly ones that started looking like little carcinomas after a while.

I also yawned and stretched a lot like I just woke up.

I am naturally pale, and pretty much cannot do anything but burn in the sun. Do you recommend this to others?
 
Yea if your a pasty white boy, not afraid of sub q, and willing to spend a few bucks you will like the results.

Buy about 30 to 50 mgs and inject 3 mgs a day till you get to your desired darkness. I suggest you get in the sun on in a booth too, it accelerates it greatly.

The first few injections will give you some nausea but it passes very quickly. You won't get as dark as your Hispanic pal, Raul, but you definitely will look like you have a decent tan. Its really nice to not have that day glow skin going when you take your shirt off.

The bonuses are that you get wood big time (like 4 times more powerful than viagra), and you can lose a little body fat (clinically proven).

BTW my buddy who used it and is a little darker than me (but still a white guy), got so dark on mel II he was actually referred to as by the N-word at a redneck bar, by mistake. He thought it was actually pretty funny, and left the drunk alone.

how long do these tan's last. I haven't heard of any negative or long term side effects from MT-2, have any of you guys?

The constant "wood" thing wouldnt be so bad lol
 
Mel II is has basically been approved by the FDA in the US and its equivalent in Australia.

There really aren't any long term side effects noted.

The main reason you haven't heard about it from them is the pharma companies would love to market but can't see a way to dose it with out injection.

It got a lot of press pre Viagra as the "barbi drug", but since the only way to use it is sub q, it has fallen off the screen.

Its still being researched in women because it is the only drug besides testosterone that is proven to increase the female libido.
 
I strongly suggest you start with only 1/2mg at a time, as the sides can be harsh at first. Then work up to 1mg, then maybe to 2 mg. I doubt you will need more than 2mg at a time. I'm one of those pasty white people too, and 2mg is more than enough for me. I had an intense tan this summer with it!

what kinds of sides are we talking about. Fatigue etc?
 
Mainly the feeling of nausea. It can be quite strong. I felt downright sick the first few times I took it. This goes away after the first few doses, but if you start out low, it probably wont even be an issue. Also, there is the spontaneous erection thing.... wich isn't so bad as long as your at home. I ended up dosing at night before bed.

I really don't think anyone needs to use more than 2mg, but thats just my opinion. There is a great thread on MTII in the supplements section. There is also an entire discussion board dedicated to MTII with excellent info. Google should turn it up for you.

Yea your right, I just went back to my notes...I was using about 2mgs per dose...thats about right.

People would have been hating on me if they followed that advice. Good catch.

I started at about 1mg and worked up.

i believe your post needs a little updating. if i remember correctly the FDA was testing and studying the peptide for some time and were getting close to approving it but dropped it for some reason(cant remember why).

pharm companies would otherwise have released it in the form of an under skin implant that would release MT2 over time. after something like 3-6 months it would need to be removed and replaced.

no one knows for sure if there are long term sides because it is a rather new concept. although most would think that there are no obvious long term sides, i have read a few cases where users report severe health issues shortly after starting administration of MT2. some of the cases were actually life threatening.

there are forums dedicated to the use of MT and MT2, a quick google search will pull them up. i suggest taking a look and doing a little research. some of the forums have comparison tables of all the popular MT2 suppliers and compare price, quality, where it is manufactured. and all that good stuff ect...

i agree to start with a lower dose as well. i started with 1mg every night before bed for 30-35 days. might get slight nausea at that dose but not bad and go away after a few days.

tan results a great, the more you use the darker you get. i didnt get many new freckles but some people do, no real way to predict if you will hyperpigmintate or not except to try it for your self.
 
one other thing i noticed. like i said i dose before bed and hope and hope to fall asleep before the sick feeling kicks in but taking about 50-75mg of diphenahydramine HCL (2-3 benadryll) generally helped me avoid the sick feeling and helps me fall asleep faster. i took them about 20-30min before pinning.

thats the problem...they arent put into clinical trials long enough to determine long term sides... one can only assume how it will react in the body....this drug has pretty cut and dry actions though it would seem
 
I was just reading about DMSO and it says it dissolves peptides...Im no scientist and it would probably be to extreme of a change for a sensitive peptide since DMSO is a solvent.

But maybe it would work to some extent
