I would like to thank Sport Science Research for selecting me to do a trail log. As most know i'm using this at the tail end of a Test/EQ/1,4-ad cycle. I am just using Methyl Extreme for 4 weeks at this time. I will get some pics up soon.

I will try to report any observations,or effects that i notice. This includes side effects,and overall mood.

start weight is 192

I have decided to up my calories these last 4 weeks and going for mass gains.

I dont record my workouts,being a personal trainer(graduate from The National Personal Training Institute)I tend to do my workouts on the fly. Sometimes i do negatives,15 second reps,work in my heart rate,compound sets....so listing weights will not really make much difference.Overall i tend to use lighter weights and higher reps(presses being the exception)

Took my first 2 caps today,and had a rather intense workout.Left gym with a great mood and sence of well being.

Lets see how this unfolds...

I've adopted a more 'on the fly' approach as of late to. I find it leaves me more creativity to address my aesthetic and strength weaknesses. I think it's the best approach if you have the requisite knowledge of both physiology and your own body's reactions. Good stuff to see other people using that method.

Trip you betta gain some weight. This is a solo run correct? Meaning your no longer using the test/eq/1,4ad?

Day 2

~weight 192

~2 caps methyl extreme(took both preworkout)

~Had a great workout today,hit shoulders,and some arm work,the finished with 20 mins on the eliptical. Awsome intensity and drive today.

~As i mentioned i upped my calories significantly.(around 6500 last 3 days)

~I plan on getting good results from this..

I am also taking,

-fish oil 10,000mg
-sesame oil 2000mg
-saw palmetto
-garlic
-milk thistle
-na-rala
-b-complex
-gaba,and melatonin around bedtime
-co q 10
-multi vitamin

6,500 cals DAMN thats a **** load of food. how many cals were you getting during your cycle a week or 2 ago?

Very nice as always. Thats is a huge amount of calories. Sounds like your going in to winter hibernation mode;)
 
Day 3

split 1 cap in morning,one mid afternoon.

~Took day off from gym as i had stuff to take care of.

~ate like a horse today again!!! I plan on gaining a few good pounds in the following 4 weeks.

~very good mood and sence of well being.

~ the stim effect is rather unique and i like it alot.(im kinda a stim junkie)

~still early so i will get in more depth as tims passes.

if you took this by itself do you need post cycle therapy?

I would do something personally. SSR said none is needed,but i would do some type of estrogen controll afterwards.
 
are you just taking 1-2 caps a day, cause it seems like anymore wouldn't be enough with only 60 caps

Yea 2 caps a day,I asked the rep for SSR and he said i should respond well to that dose.
 
So how do you feel on it, any sickness?

Come to think of it i was nausious at the gym yesterday....hmmmm,I never get nausious from training.
 
maybe from the large amt of food you are downing?

I try not to eat much around gym time.....after the gym .....wooooo look out boy! I tend to eat more at night. I know it's not good but whatever it ain't hurting me at all.

are sure a-dex is necessary in a stand alone cycle like that. Not saying its a bad idea, I see your point, but just asking if its necessary

It's not necessary,but i have some and from what I gather this does aromatize somewhat.

Solid! At this rate, 210 lbs will be within reach shortly :D . Is that intended?
