Here's the new Plan:
Weeks 1-3
Mon- chest/back 25 min cardio post workout
Tue- Legs/abs
Wed-Cardio 25 min walk on incline morning
Thur-Off
Fri- Shoulders/arms cardio 25 min post workout
Sat-Metabolic Focus on Chest/back/legs

Diet will be roughly 2500 cals daily. Pics and updated stats tomorrow!

Also, the new Creatine arrived today, so that will be the only thing i take for the next month.

TODAY'S WORKOUT:
Stellar, thats about all i can say. FIRST dose of the creatine and my forearms were exploding with veins! literally exploding! i had nice energy and focus too! We have to work a bit on taste but its not terrible now! will be phenomenal by the time the rest of you get it! ;)

mixability is good and its a bit fruity right now.

Chest and back. did about 32 pullups and a bunch of different chest exercises and some rows. Cardio after the weights. Did only 10 minutes today. The baby wokeup from his nap :( I am taking my second dose as i type. This one i mixed in some cranberry crystal light and it is pretty damn good!

It was Metabolic lower body yesterday.

squats, lunges, dumbell swings mixed in with various rep ranges and sets. with VERY LITTLE rest inbetween! It was crazy. I was barely walking when i got done and i am still barely walking today.

It kinda feels as if i haven't EVER worked out........CRAZY!

legs are murder bro!!! .........hahaha one time after a leg workout i got on the eliptical and did sprints for like 20 minns......when i got off i fell right on my face...:toofunny: HAHAHAHAHA

yeah, its good stuff! hits you quick and strength is insane from the get-go.

there is energy and focus that is off the hook. The pump and vascularity is insane, too. I did pulups the other day and my forearms were all veiny and stuff, like you would see in a magazine shoot, i kid you not.

I can't wait to pick the testers for this one! :dance:

UPDATE:

Back/Chest

workout was really great! Strength is at an alltime high. i was able to do 3 sets of the 8 pullups complete without stopping. Slow and steady the whole time. So I am getting stronger or have a really good mind-muscle connection lately! :D did the 4th set 4 and 4.

Put up 260 on bench for 4 reps twice, so that was a huge accomplishment for me, too!

Things just keep getting better. Diet is spot-on again! So the Mace-Train is rolling, next stop? Hyoogedom! LMAO! :thumbsup:

nice! glad to see you are getting some good workouts in.

i wish i could say the same....i've been dragging latly. i seem to have trouble staying as motivated from oct-dec each yr.

Intensity is very very important to this training style but both have to be there to make it work! You will see, as Mace Man will!! Stay tuned!
 
YESTERDAY'S WORKOUT: chest/arms

WOW! thats all i can say. INTENSITY was crazy and volume was heavy! did bench, curls, kickbacks, flyes, preacher curls, etc.....

my arms were sore yesterday and i was pouring with sweat! then 35 mins on the treadmill after that.

my meal beforehand was half a grapefruit, 7 egg whites and some wheat bread. When i got done with all this, mys tomach was EMPTY again, i could NOT get the food in fast enough! it was crazy.

I am finally in the 'zone' i can resist the temptations (all the baked goods the little old ladies bring into work at the library) i am drinking more water than i ahve in a very long time. things are good! I am looking forward to next week's weigh-in!

Thanks all for following, its a little boring for ya cause i can't list all the routines and weights and stuff, but it still helps me! :thumbsup:
 
Been gone from here for a while but glad to se eyour still at it! Glad eveything is going great and you are resisting the temptations, I have to but I do not want to. But you know I will be good.

I agree, the type of volume is important. But I see soooo many guys in the gym going high volume (with the intention of fatloss bc your doing more reps) ---> with total BS for intensity and its just laughable.

Basically here is how I see it.

IDC what volume w/ HIGH intenstity > IDC what volume w/ LOW intensity

But I know you know your stuff and Mace will be A oK!!
