It was Metabolic lower body yesterday.
squats, lunges, dumbell swings mixed in with various rep ranges and sets. with VERY LITTLE rest inbetween! It was crazy. I was barely walking when i got done and i am still barely walking today.
It kinda feels as if i haven't EVER worked out........CRAZY!

there is energy and focus that is off the hook. The pump and vascularity is insane, too. I did pulups the other day and my forearms were all veiny and stuff, like you would see in a magazine shoot, i kid you not.

Did arms and shoulders yesterday. It was absolutely crazy. I had an intense pump and vascularity again. My forearms ended up looking like what you would see in the magazines. its like every muscle i work, the blood and energy just flows right to those muscles. Strength is at an all time high.

Sweating my ass off right now! Lowerbody workout consisting of squats, lunges, and DB swings. 4 sets of various reps of each back-to-back with no rest. CRAZY!
i am planning an unveiling at the end of the year!
