Whats the idea behind getting a large portion of your carbohydrates from berries? I remember seeing an article you guys posted a few days back, but isn't excessive sugar something you want to stay away from? I have nothing against fruits and berries in specific, just curious.

its still a relatively low GI sugar, plus comes with free antioxidants. still only for post workout in my case

Gotcha, I was under the impression that you were using it as a primary carb source. Obviously missing the past few days of posting has put me a little behind, . Have you decided what you're going to cycle this winter?

still not sure. I just wont have a good opportunity with no trips by plane till december/jan next year again. I'm thinking halodrol 50, either solo, stacked with prostanazol/winztrol, or with a mega-trn pulsed on workout days.

I could skip it for this year I suppose.

Dude, where do you work that you can find and post those pictures...because I'll put in an application in a heartbeat. Sweet mother of...

Ahhhhh, I've found only one gym nearby my place that is both close and affordable. And its the YMCA...and I hate the Y, its a bunch of people who don't care about working out, who just go to socialize. I'm having issues with this, but its the only decent gym under 100/mo.

I'm gonna stop by today after work and at least check it out. See how packed it is and what they have to offer.

Ouch that hurts. And only one under a 100/month? That is Sparta!

I pay $30 a month for the lil lady and I. And I believe all public gyms are about socializing....

Yeah, the Y has three different sites all with a few miles of my new place. And the only other decent gym is one owned and run by a group of personal trainers, and they charge $120/mo because of their "expertise". I laughed at that one, because its 120/mo without any training sessions! Thats just to use their gym. Then there are all these expensive ass packages you can buy on top of that. I have a feeling I'm going to have to suck it up and join the Y and just wear my headphones. I don't mind socializing at the gym every now and then, but I hate it when people sit on a piece of equipment for 5 minutes between sets because they are discussing which celebrity "forgot" to wear underwear today. Oh well, to each there own.

I use to go at lunch time, but the lil lady wanted to start training again, but she hasn't gone for over a month.........

Looks like a close scare Wilman. The 'fins almost threw away a perfect season....

Wanna laugh...my ex-wife overnights me 2 tix, parking, food voucher, the works.

When we get there...the tix were no good, they had been refunded!

They were so close...did you hear that Marty Booker tried to shoot himself after the game???

He's ok...he dropped the gun! :D

I plan on going after the main rush as well, since its only 0.8 miles from my apartment I can run there and back. A little extra cardio before and after my workout.

Although going during lunch would probably be a good idea as long as too many other people don't.

You know what though, I've been thinking over all my lifting routines over the past 4-5 years and I've really come to the conclusion that I experienced the best gains in strength and size when I was just doing a basic 5 day split. Eating as much as I could fit in, whenever I could fit it in. I mean, my diet wasn't even close to as good as it is now and my intensity wasn't any higher back then. I just can't help but think it may be time to get back to some basics.

alsdfjlsadjf...now I find out even the Y charges 50/mo. What is wrong with the world? I just need heavy iron to lift...:blink:

Keep us updated on how you feel the SAIS program is treating you wilman, and Easy as well.

Gee whiz.

My gym membership is around $38/mo at a Golds. There was a new gym that opened up here called PerformaX and at first they had $60/mo memberships, but apparently they dropped the price after a while seeing as my broke ass dead beat ex wife stopped going to the Golds and started going to the PerformaX.

From what I hear its a shiney gym with pretty weights all fancy and pretty and its nice and not "gym like" with fancy pretty people that dont sweat on their pretty fancy nice fancy pretty gym clothes.

And yes, I question their sexuality.

smiley face running with a machine gun after another smiley face that has an "OH NO" look on his face as he runs from the other smiley face.

Eh, the only Gold's near me is old and falling apart. I mean most of their freeweights are starting to rust out, their heavy dumbbells are bent in the middle. And its pretty far out of my way, not even close to my work. Go figure.

Maybe you can try to get a part time job at a gym.
One of the benegits is usually a free membership.

Word word....here at the golds, the other benegit is sheer boredom unless you're in school then you can do homework or have friends that can stop by.

They took the internet privileges away from anyone that works the front desk. sad smiley looking left then right

I considered getting a part time job there once for the gym benegits but then realized after working from 8 until 5-6 or later if a customer needs me, then working from 6 until close, I'd have no time to work out.

smiley with one large right eye, and one smaller left eye, both blinking in a 2 count, pause, one count pattern.

yeah it's a good gimmick

If people didn't know what you were doing they might think you had some sort of Tourettes that came out in your writing as well.
smiley wiggling his eyebrows, grinning devilishly, and pointing to a piece of paper in his right hand, with his left hand.

BP has cute stuff...Smet no lie...

'Yellow emo poking blue emo with a stick'

Any updates on his log? smiley face hitting another smiley face on the head with what appears to be a large trout. The struck smiley becomes sad while the striking smiley has a large smile.

"Today is day four and the increased testostrone umph is noticable.Good review on day four"

I took Blue Up double dosed for a month for PCT...no umph for me! sad face with forlorn eyes just like mine look when the Inca...sorry got carried away.
