definitely. I can't understand some of the guys who take in 4500. I dont know how i'd do it

I actually feel it's not that advantageous to eat clean if you have to eat that many calories
I mean once you reach a certain point, you have to be doing more harm and stress to your body by shoving down large volumes of food than you would do if you had consumed the same amount of calories but in sugary or fatty food that takes up less volume
 
I think I could honestly only hit that in a high fat diet. I'd still use healthy fats, but i'd probably need to take in 2000 cal from fat, maybe more. coconut oil is pretty easy tho :)

I think if you replace your drinking water with gatorade it would also make things quite a bit easier
 
true. I guess fat is easy in some ways as its so dense calorically. 1/4 cup of oil 3x a day is an extra 1620 calories...
 
I've thought of that too. there was a thread about instead of eating 6 meals, just eating "constantly", effectively never going more than 1 hour other than during sleep without eating. Liquidly would be the easiest way to accomplish it I think.

I think I ought to run a cycle in december. I'm looking at what next year will be like, and this may be the last time I can count on 6-8 weeks without having to take 5 or 6 flights during that time, for a few days each time. My new job hasn't gone into full swing yet, and the very beginning of each year is too busy with reporting, etc for credit unions to be all that interested into talking to a sales related person.

Sooooo... I'm really a little more worried about the PCT than the cycle itself, although it will be a little rough to adhere to a strict workout plan. luckily SAIS is a 4 day a week, so I could move the off days around some and probably work it out. Basically any 3-4 day a week plan is ok. I think a plan with 5 in gym strength days would be harder, or any full body plan.

So I dunno what to do of what I got. I should hit the start of the cycle at around 190lbs, and 15ish % bodyfat. Basically name a compound other than pheraplex, and I have some here :) Lowest sides would probably be from halodrol 50. Probably best to go solo with it, but what about pulsing mega-trn workout days? Either that or to go for real serious hardening leaning continuing more of a recomp/cut I could stack with prostanazol/winztrol, which I have a crapload of now. Also good for cardio/endurance/strength.

Or I can take an offbeat plunge into 1-t thp ether caps :D should be pretty minimal sides there, I have enough to run 30 days @ 600mg twice of that, could even start lower. Should be low sides, and as effective as 1-ad.

When I really look at it, I maybe will do just the one cycle a year at this time of year. its the only chance i'll get with the way my job is changing.
 
yeah, just dunno whether to stack it or not, to really maximize it, particularly being pretty sure I won't be able to do one till this time next year again. With it right about at maintenance cals, I should be able to gain 8lbs of lean muscle i'm hoping in 30 days, which should just about hit my target of 10% bf.
 
Wow man, I think you guys added like 30 pages of posts since a few days ago when I checked in from Sweden. That takes talent on a completely different level, bravo.

Easy, I tried Aquavit and it tasted like Aqua Velva aftershave smells. I'm not a fan to say the least. The chocolates were crazy good, but pretty expensive. In fact, everything was expensive. Best part is, it was all on company money. Now its back to the gym and posting on AM during work. :type:

No, self employed, and the **** is hitting the fan monday morning. Looks like I did make it into work for a bit today (sabado) but tomorrow (domingo) I'm taking my girl to a movie and sleeping in except not in that order.

Anyone here like horchata? I love the home made ****, but only a couple mexican restaurants around here serve it. The China*Mart kind out of a can isn't bad but the cinnamon settles out of the emulsion so I have to guzzle it.

I am surprised I don't like Horchatas, but I love me some arroz con leche...Love that ish with tons of cinnamon.

I'll take creatine/taurine/carnitine/choline/sometimes niacin/(and now I have some various "fat loss" supplements to choose from to get me kickstarted) right when I wake up and then proceed with some moderate paced cardio for at least 20 minutes
Then afterwards I'll have some BCAA and prepare breakfast

I'm hoping this plan should help lean me out some over the next few months. The diet will start at ~2700 calories and I think I'll try the 33/33/33 macronutrient partition. I'll also try to explore the power of berries as a carb source.

Sound plan?

You got the fat mobilization down, how about the anti-catabolic/cortisol control?
 
I bought a bunch of frozen mixed berries (rasberry/blueberry/blackberry) and yeah, 2 cups = 50g. still thawing them partially and hitting the blender makes for a nice smoothie with some whey.

I was buying frozen berries, but if some brands add sugar. Read the ingredients and see if they are doing the same...

these are loose + dry, not in water or syrup. sons of dogs, the last ingredient is liquid sugar. bastards. Well, i'm only using em post workout. I guess fresh ones next time.
