Sargento makes a fat free string cheese w/ probiotics, I picked some up last night. I didn't try any last night, b/c the girl came over. She works at Texas Roadhouse and brought me home a huge top sirloin. Thats love. Im pondering a Redline RTD from the store this morning. I gots to work out, run errands, and study my ballz off. I hear the RTD's are pretty intense if you finish the bottle...sounds right up my alley.

Well, that looks like fun. I wish NP had bulk NAL-Tyrosine. I decided to pop 4 RPM with a cup of tea. I figure I could put the $5 I would spend on energy drinks towards my next NP order. Im thinking I may pick up some Yellow Neu in the future, not for my workouts but for grad school interviews and at my job. It's tough being friendly and helpful for eight hours straight.

I'll say hi to every single one of them...they're everywhere, but not just blonds. There are a lot of pretty attractive girls over here, and I'm not even in Stockholm. I'm in Gothenburg, but let me tell you, and the seafood here is unbelievable. Only downside is none of the hotels have gyms and I've only found one gym and its a 30 minute cab ride away...seems like I'll have to wait until I get back State-side before I can lift again.

UPDATE: 217.5 at the gym last night, up from 206 when I started Epi 5 weeks ago. Tonight is my last night of it I decided. I think I got something similar to 'the T flu' from the Epi. Its going to be nice not being dehydrated 150% of the time for a few months. but the 11lbs were nice as well. A lot nicer than the 12 lbs I got from E-Pol.

Its about 8:20pm, Sweden is 6 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. And its not that I dont enjoy time off from the gym, its just that I feel crappy everyday that I miss the gym, which Im sure is psychological, but Im a gym addict.
