Sargento makes a fat free string cheese w/ probiotics, I picked some up last night. I didn't try any last night, b/c the girl came over. She works at Texas Roadhouse and brought me home a huge top sirloin. Thats love. Im pondering a Redline RTD from the store this morning. I gots to work out, run errands, and study my ballz off. I hear the RTD's are pretty intense if you finish the bottle...sounds right up my alley.

I just picked up some Kraft cheese cubs too, with probiotics.

Redline RTD is okay, depending on your tolerance to sims. Me it doesn't do too much. I prefer Spike Shooters, especially if you need to study. Get the 'Quila Lime, it :head:

Hmmm...Im going to have to head over the Devil's Anus, uh, I mean GNC to get a Snooter. Do they have Sulbutiamine in them like the caps do?
 
I haven't had stims since about April.
But I think I'll be using them again as I diet down over the next few months.

Wow, thats impressive. I went for about 1.5 months this summer w/o stims thanks to some Reset. I need more, b/c I can now go up to six RPM and not feel too crazy.

I on the other hand made mine, did squats with 115, leg presses on the sled with 2 plates per side so 180 plus sled, and then v-squats (hammer press machine) with 100. then did some roman chair russian twists and crunches on a machine as well

Well, that looks like fun. I wish NP had bulk NAL-Tyrosine. I decided to pop 4 RPM with a cup of tea. I figure I could put the $5 I would spend on energy drinks towards my next NP order. Im thinking I may pick up some Yellow Neu in the future, not for my workouts but for grad school interviews and at my job. It's tough being friendly and helpful for eight hours straight.

I have Legs/Bi's & Tri's tonight.

I warm up with 135x6-8, 185x6, 225x3 and start my work set. I will be doing a wave[15, 12, 8, 20]; I am shooting for 235, 245, 255, & 225 respectively.

This will be supersetted with a wave of RDL's [12, 10, 8, 15];

Then Arms look like this:

B1. Barbell curl
3 x 6-8 reps
B2. Close-grip decline press
3 x 6-8 reps
C1. Preacher curl
3 x 10-12 reps
C2. Decline dumbbell triceps extension
3 x 10-12 reps
D1. Hammer curl
3 x 12-15 reps
D2. Cable triceps extension
3 x 12-15 reps

I like drinking a SS when I am frustrated. It helps clear the channels...

I'm doing the S.A.I.S. routine, its what wil has been doing. I needed something a little different for x-factor. GVT + GBC were both great, I will be doing both again in the future.
 
It'll grow some hair on your back too. Makes a man outta ya!

I like bourbon on the rocks with a splash of water. I like Scotch and Irish whiskey as well. Not a big fan of Canadian, even though it's similar to bourbon.

Did you know that even though JD is for all intents and purposes "bourbon", it has to be called Tenn Whiskey because bourbon must come from Kentucky?

Congrats dude. I stopped reading at this post, too much to catch up with. I'm in Sweden all week, and its been pretty sweet so far. When I get back to th boring part of work, I'll catch up with you guys some more.

I'll say hi to every single one of them...they're everywhere, but not just blonds. There are a lot of pretty attractive girls over here, and I'm not even in Stockholm. I'm in Gothenburg, but let me tell you, and the seafood here is unbelievable. Only downside is none of the hotels have gyms and I've only found one gym and its a 30 minute cab ride away...seems like I'll have to wait until I get back State-side before I can lift again.

I'm too tired for an in addendum follow up post, so I'll ask it here...

Anyone else take GABA? I like the sleep, but during the day I don't feel all that on target. Feels like I've been drinking actually.

UPDATE: 217.5 at the gym last night, up from 206 when I started Epi 5 weeks ago. Tonight is my last night of it I decided. I think I got something similar to 'the T flu' from the Epi. Its going to be nice not being dehydrated 150% of the time for a few months. but the 11lbs were nice as well. A lot nicer than the 12 lbs I got from E-Pol.

Its about 8:20pm, Sweden is 6 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. And its not that I dont enjoy time off from the gym, its just that I feel crappy everyday that I miss the gym, which Im sure is psychological, but Im a gym addict.
