This weekend looks like fun=)

Easy Two large eggs provides 252 milligrams of choline (all in yolk)

so ten eight eggs and you have a gram of choline in you. Choline is fantasic for your Mind and body.

nice tidbit. as a bulk, choline smells and tastes like ass, so getting it from eggs is way better. pity, I only intend to continue the egg megadosing another week. I was primarily doing it to reduce kickin time on x-factor. Most people don't start to have it "work" till around week 3 or so, so almost halfway thru a 2 bottle 50 day cycle. I already was having it start at day 12 instead :) I was originally going to do higher doseage, but decided to trade off my 2 bottles of existing x-factor for some mega-trn and some primaforce n20 instead :)

Colorado Rockies: 'What The Fcuk Just Happened?'

DENVER—Days after the Boston Red Sox completed their four-game sweep to win the 2007 World Series, Colorado Rockies players dressed in full uniform were still standing on the field experiencing various degrees of shock. "We…we…we were winning lots of games? And then? Then we were losing all these games? Because the Red Sox came and hit and hit and hit and they didn't, they didn't stop…" said Rockies outfielder Ryan Spilborghs, pointing at the left field wall with a shaking and dirty finger before turning, pointing at the right field wall, and repeating the words he has been speaking nonstop since Sunday night. "They hit here, and here, and through the gap there, and they… Oh, God, what happened? What the fcuk just happened to us?" Rockies team officials released an erratically worded, hand-scrawled statement today saying they would address any psychological issues just as soon as the World Series is over. Invalid Link Removed

LOL...gotta love the onion. Their video podcasts are hilarious!

I can verify that choline powder smells like butt
not sure what butt tastes like, but(t) choline tastes pretty bad
tastes similar to acetyl l-carnitine
both are tolerable if you dilute them enough

this morning's workout :) was nice, although it sounds pretty wussy, I hit 135lbs on barbell bench presses today for a working weight, which is a high for a loose barbell for me.

Best Buy and Wal-Mart Offer Toshiba HD-A2 for Less Than 100usd
>> From engadget.com:
Wal-Mart may have been the first to tempt HD-fence-sitters with a $100 HD-A2 player (however limited) [$98.87 to be exact only this friday], but it looks like it's not the only one, with Best Buy now also listing the very same player for the impulse buy-inducing price of $99.99. Of course, it's sold out online, so you may be better off trying your luck at your local store.

Note: yes, Toshiba still gives you 5 free HD DVD movies with any HD DVD player you buy, including the A2 (FYI: max resolution of this player is 1080i, not 1080p).

Hey, that is not wussy E. It's about what is heavy and challenging for YOU! There are guys that may be benching 315 and not working as hard as you. Keep progressing...that's what counts!

Once I break 160~175 as a working weight i'll be happy about it. I figure you should be able to bench your LBM at leat :)

Are we talking a clean or dirty butt????

Because, the female salads I have tossed were quite tasty.....

And ALCAR just tastes salty to me....

I am settled now on changing workout routines every 4-8 weeks(but a 12 week routine that incorporates its own variances in the 12 weeks is fine like PRRS or some of the others), and taking 1 week off every 12. it seems very workable

sorta a "she took a shower in the morning, and its 7 at night and the AC in her car wasn't working during her 1 hr rush hour traffic ride home on a 95 degree day" butt. thats the choline, not tha alcar

It is not about the weight you use.

I know I get peeved when I can't hit a certain weight, but is all about resistance and stimulating muscle fibers.

So, don't worry about the weight. Focus on the form and contraction.

I guess thats a piece of why I want to do a cycle, is I'm close to working out with weights i'd feel good about. Its silly, but really bodybuilding is more about our self images than anything I think. But i'm feeling better about form now for sure.

The key is to never do the same workout twice.

Whether you go up in weight add reps, or a slightly wider grip....

After my six year break, I was weak as fcuk, and it was quite discouraging not being able to lift the weights I once did, or even come close....

Hang in there, the weight will come up. If not, then either you are not creating enough stimuli or not recovering properly.

yeah, they are continuously moving upwards, theres just a threshold where i would feel better about them. Doing hammer curls with 40lbs, bb curls with 70-80, db bp with something 50 or over, bb bp with 160ish, etc. you know my impatience at this point :)

I'm definitely looking better in the mirror week by week, so thats what really counts.
