bottom one for now, but my goal is top one and i tried one rep of the top one and almost hit my face on ground ahha

Monday starts the insanity !


-today painting a basement SOO fun.. no cardio or weights planned for this weekend a complete recovery.
 
Just a life update.

So im 2 weeks in my new job with benefits kicking in NOV 1st i totally cannot wait gonna see all the doctors i can. If anyone has any advice on how to go about getting hooked up in reguards to what to get tested and how to tell a doctor what your problem is to get tested share your info. But my goal is to get all my aches and pains looked at xrayed and MRIs if need be.

NYC Sanitation Test i got 101 !!
-so i got called in for the first round of physical testing lol what a joke its at the end of november so that should go well.
-if all works out i stay at my new job till sanitation kicks in sometime in april i think that would be great
-sanitation is a great job anyways but also is a great way to get into the FDNY faster which has always been one of my goals along with the NYPD but at this point who knows whats going on.
 
DAY 7 X-factor(4pills) + poseidon(4servings)

-wokeup same bodyweight 209ish, but im feeling pretty solid almost like a 25percent body pump. it could be from the rowing ive been doing or the painting i did for like 8hours yesturday not sure. but just sharing how i feel.

-tons of dreams last 2 nights interesting ones too. in one of them i attacked 2 guys holding a gun to a girl i dont think anyone was hurt lol but i wokeup. then in another i was eating what a great dream. and another i forgot now but it was indeed interesting.

Still. hitup da gym

total of about 15-30mins on rowing machine, lots of steady state, 3 sprints at max intensity with a bunch of slower sprints thrown in

then threw in some hanging leg raises, some around the worlds, knee raises and shoulder shrugs hanging

then some fun ab roller wheeel goodness, bunch of half reps then full reps, then full rep holds, full rep really slow and holds, im getting much better at this which i can only hope carrys over to my deadlifts and squats and benching !

Monday Tomm starts new workout routine, if not back to DC.

gonna cut back on poseidon for 2 days only 1 serving, and see if my ****s issue gets better or stays bad. cuz there is no way im doing the entire 50days feeling the way i do with some kinda supplement messing me up. Might be poseidon might not, might be too much gluatmine as someone said it might not. Xtend has glutamine a good amount so maybe xtend + poseidon and my tummy doesnt like me ro something idk.

But gonna take 1 poseidon today, and none tomm and see if i get better. Keeping Xfactor at 4 hopefully it kicks in or already did.

Again due to bathroom activites i will limit poseidon to only 1 serving daily and will take it after a meal or with one just to see if that helps my uncomfy feelings lately

-felt great being back to heavy weights after one week off

-endurance was totally up on rowing, i mean after that workout i t was my best rowing the entire past week which is really impressive, maybe its the poseidon, maybe its not. either way i improved from 5min impossibles to 20mins pretty damn good
-guesss thats about it
-really hoping with this increased cardio almost daily my body starts shedding fat doing my best wiht my diet to rule out crap and stuff

-body is sore in many locations, legs arent but they burn cramp alittle when i squat sit etc
-bathroom visits have returned to normal after only having 1 serving of poseidon for the past 2days ill have my one serving today sometime later with a meal

ps- im sick so thats not cool, hopefully it goes away fast my throat nose head is clogged up otherwise i feel fine, breathing is tuff sometimes cuz i normally use my nose



and can i take dayquil or nyquil on xfactor, im sick total head cold and i wanna get rid of it so my mom picked that up. ingrediants are

i don't think taking dayquil or niquil & xfactor would be a problem.
i also don't see a problem with stopping xfactor for a few days until you are over your sickness. and conserve your sups for when you are feeling good again.
maybe shoot jjohn a pm. he would know for sure.

I don't see a problem whatsoever with taking nyquil and XF concurrently. There shouldn't be any toxicity concern outside of taking Nyquil on it's own

-squats, HOLLER, told myself to get 225x8 but i wouldnt stop, i was dead at 8 but i had a good spotter there if i needed him and just kept going while ripping my pants at the crotch each rep haha it was great, PR too
-calves nothing to say, arches of feet hurt o well
-leg curls were brutal, cuz my hamstrings got destroyed from those squats (which went really low)
-core work was great, im improving greatly in core department and thats relaly good for me cuz i got a bad back and weak abs i think


PS- IM AS SICK AS A DOG, TUMMY HURT ALL DAY, FELT LIKE I WAS GONNA BARF, BUT I WENT ON !

-honestly dont feel anything with xfactor yet, but my workouts are pretty good so far being alittle over one week in im told xfactor kicks in 2weeks soo any day now bammm!

-honestly none yet, my endurance is greatly improving on the cardio days on rowing machine whether thats because im just getting better at it or poseidon is helping not sure, only doing 1 dose daily cuz otherwise i get the ****s nonstop and they burn my bummmhole LEWL not funny though

-385x5 or 6 convential deadlifts wbelt and straps overhandgrip new record on reps woot woot i believe, 2 felt strong and solid 2 were ok, and 1-2 was crappy
-squats i was soo tired, 225x6x4 is ok nothing like my PR week last time 225x11 but felt heavy etc etc
-widowmakers were hard got first 10easy went wider stance and knocked out the rest last couple super duper hard
-im pwning the ab rollers 20reps yikes a few weeks ago 3 reps were hard !

hey sweetie. widowmaker squats from my understanding just mean that they sound dreadfull right? they sound like something that might kill ya or make you a widow. soo what they mean are 20reps squats stop at 20.. ehhe they are soo hard...

of course you choose a weight you can barely hit 20 wtih not something easy

-dips were alright nothing really ground shaking
-chinups were hard i was dead tired today and going into the gym i was poooped but i gave it all i had
-rack deads were really hard, each rep was brutal but i did my best and maxed my PR whcih i think is 4

-body is sore all over if i stretch, lets are still really tired, and hurt/sore if i stretch or lean and stuff nothing actually hurts without me provoking it, feels good i like the pain, and triceps and chest

-today is day 23, tomm or thurs i will possible take a photo and will def take mesurements along with scale readings throughout the next 2 days just to show some progress or lack thereof

-i know i am alittle leaner, and i hope im maintaining if not building muscle !

-widowmakers aka squats 135lbs for 20reps were easier then normal this is good news of course esp after a possible PR or CPB set
-did romaninans cuz i wasnt gonna do lying leg curls but didnt have straps and just couldnt hold weight anymore and back was burning
-leg curls light and easy i was totally burnt
-ab rollers my hand hurt a lot i couldnt really hold onto the thing just did some reps

-really hurt my hand, nice smash on something metal hand swelled up finished my workout iced it all evening and went to bed its much better already, and shouldnt pose any longterm (2+days) threat !

TRAINING NOTES
-flat db benching i went up 5lbs this week and got a good amount of reps in im happy with that, but my CNS was DEAD today warming up with 65s i could barely carry them to the bench then the 90s felt like 150s (which i never seen)
-push pressees are new, i enjoyed them but didnt like so much or was alittle worried about resting weight around my collarbones, first two sets i didnt jump at all just sorta squated alittle and pushed up, second set went behind my head, third and fourth sets i really put a good small jump like olympic style with legs split front and back and got more reps they were fun
-closegrip bench, still coming along not happy with weight but after doing first 2 things i guess that makes sense
-lat pulldowns bumped up 25lbs woot woot i wanted a change wasnt seeing any progress at 150 so im happy with 10reps as my max for now which is fine by me
-bb tbar row old school style i love these, first time doing them in over a year or 2years they were great, no DC style here just warming up and finding what finally felt heavy, 180 was a heavy weight which im hoping to blow past soon

-ive had the runs for 2 days, stuff looks like coffee grinds i havent even had much coffee in past 2 days maybe 2 total this isnt fun last 2 nights middle of night i had to do number 2, totally sucks i dont know what caused this, not blaming posedion but i aint sure what it is

-honestly i could be wrong but i felt as if i didnt go low enuff on leg presses i aint sure, -i dont wanna gimp my depth just to
go heavy weights ya know
-bicep workout was whatever normal stinky biceps
-stiff leg deadlift new PR again woot woot wanted to bump up the weight an extra 20lbs from last week i think and got 2 less reps which also makes new PR, i was soo shaking after this i really pushed myself, i maxed at 5 took several deep breaths in told myself stop being a baby and knocked out 4 in row took another short breath break and finally got to 11
-widowmakers are getting easier, not easy by any means but easier i wanted to push myself to 25 but gahh i was just popped by then

-FDNY results back in i scored 99.7 list number 1300something out of 30-50thousand !!!, no future tests listed but something soon hopefully

-got blood and pee results back from me being sick and complaining of heat sweat and other problems my results are

Hyperthyroid and i will be fowarded to a specialist an endocrinologist

i have no past results presently to compare too i dont think, i took diesel test hardcore for 2 months about 1 month before these tests for whatever thats worth

i am taking amino supplements, creatine, xfactor, poseidon (which im stopping due to bathroom issues), and green tea along with sometimes silymarin, hawthorne berry, red yeast, and grape seed
