K, so everyone has someone at their gym that looks like someome famous, infamous, or otherwise.

Today I noticed the guy that looks like Alex Trebek, shaved his moustache, and has contacts now. He still looks like Alex ****ing Trebek.

Theres also a girl there that looks like a parrot. Big ol nose, and her eyes are too far apart. Everytime I see her in there I want to screech out "BRAAAAAAAAACK!!!"
 
In addendum, I've gained a little over 11lbs on Epistane at the end of week 3. Very little bloat, small amount of fat. I haven't gotten as many complements as I am now in the gym since I ran E Pol this summer. I have people asking how I work bodyparts like delts. WTF? I've never had complements on my delts.

And new light stretch marks on my chest and biceps and my lats and armpits are itching so I'm sure there are some there.

They should rename Epistane to Chitty Chitty Gang Bang Epistane.
 
Thats impressive for epi! At my gym we actually have some pro athletes who train there.

I started taking lipidfx, scivations tta product yesterdy. man that gave me a headache

the only compliment I have ever gotten in the gym was from some guy in some spandex commenting on my glutes :think:
 
I've heard that song before. Is it from a show or movie????

Some guy wrote it for his daughter because she had a bad day at work. There is a local radio show here that plays it all the time...pretty darn funny!

That should be my them song at work! :nutkick:

Sleep is sooo important!

A few tips

Get night sleep verses day sleep
Keep sleep environment cool (68-73) I like around 70
Lavender promotes a deep sleep and anxitey reducing
a hot bath before bed relaxes.
Have your protein powder out(and maybe some raw eggs) in the kitchen and go for that instead of the granola bars
 
for whatever reason, I thought it was 20. So the squats I was doing where I thought I was doing 60lbs, I was really doing 85. today I was doing 95...

Why would I keep eggs let alone raw eggs in the kitchen? I was thinking more like the bathroom....

I told you last time that the bar was 45. But 20lbs? Where did you get 20lbs from. The lil E-Z bars are 25.
 
I think it was something a tard in the gym said. and the deadlift hexagon is 35?

No I wouldnt eat a granola bar during the night, I actually think eating just cause I wake up is silly. anything you take in will throw off the sleep mechanisms at that point. maybe 5-10g of bcaas in water would be ok, but I wouldnt even do that. the difference in terms of muscle gains in a week of eating at night vs not would still be insignificant
 
I got up to 230 lbs (naturally before I ever used mohn or superdrol),this is when I was squatting 405 and had thirty inchquads, now there 25 inches because I dont want them big because my valves are out of proportion with them and im bring up my calves to match by setting up a timer and downer protein shakes in the middle of the night. I got this from Josh Dickenson and Australian friend who is a natural bodybuilder and writer for bodybuilding.com. IT works! I just dotn like interupting my sleep.so if your really after more size set a time in the middle of the night. Jay Cutler does this
