1-1.5 grams per serving, 2-3 times per day.

PM dose should be low, as it could cause restlessness. Works VERY well first thing in the morning to wake you up, and ABSOLUTELY preworkout.

agreed....
hoping gut health helps with bloating i have been getting, abs are sticking out really nicely, but still have a lil stomach distension once in a while that bothers me.
