we were going offroading with some bikes and some jeeps and i took my blazer. we were going down hill on a dirtroad i was goin like @ 50 and i got a flat tired and crashed in to a small hill next to the road and i just flipped it was kind of cool .
 
i wasnt DUI, i just noticed that doing DLs finally paid off . we manage to lift the car between 7 guys , 4 of those guys were 120-1300lbs HS kids so they dont count, ohh and it was only me in the car when the accident happen. not having a seat belt might had saved my life

well i have a 90 jeep grand cherokee rock crawler. i might get the suspension changed on that one or i can tell the guy that i sold my navi too give me the money that he owes me in full and get the navi. or go and buy a used car or a new car there many options
 
97 Mercury mountair. Mines taler than most SUV's. Kind of old , its in great condition, and old lady used to have it before me. I keep in smooth and nice.

I paid for it ! as Ive always bought my own vehicles since I was eighteen !

no, I thought eggs were the easiest digested protein? I was going to order some gut health tho anyhow :)

And I did break them up into 4 meals. recall that i get up at 530am, and eastern time is 2 hrs earlier. so it was almost 3pm when I finished them :)

Well I would space them out in a 12+- hour day

Eggs are 100% bioavailable, but that does not equate to 100% absorption; hence, the aid of Digestive Enzymes.

I think its more depressing to have 2 eggs each with 6 meals than 3 eggs each in 4. At least I can escape with a couple of egg free meals. No egg farts so far btw.

yeah, so I was so excited to get to lunch and eat the legt over veal meat loag my girlgrind made last night, that I gorgot to take my Epistane dose. DAMN IT! I guess 30g today will have to be ok. 10g in the morning, 10g at lunch and 20g begore the gym.
