Agreed. And the guys from Diesel will tell you that you dont even need a cort controller (retain 2) as DTHC already does that (although I have no idea how, but thats only b/c I dont even know whats in it besides trib).

mmmmm...ill have to look into that more. i wasnt aware and Retain2 was really good to me when i ran it solo.

no noticeable size but i think im leaner after finishing my DTHC log for 25days

weights the same.

strength has gone up still getting close to my best lifts, hit some PRs in some movements so yea i guess its working good.

but i also really miss easy workouts only hitting 1 muscle or 2 :) and i miss arm pumps soo nasty that i cant get my hat or jacket on lol

i moved up to new hamp a few weeks ago,and took a nice break from work.......I applied at some gay ass gym/health club that thinks they're better off without me.....i hope the place burns down so i can piss on the ashes.

it happened to me when I was looking for apartments. I went to turn in my application for this place and some chick was there applying at the same time... needless to say the old hag gave the apartment to the girl. Now a couple months later Im at a place with 4 pools, a hot tub, basketball court and all the old asian women I could ever want.. and its less $ per month.
