When dealing with a supplement company, what is MOST important to you when endorsing that company???

If you want...feel free to offer a comment about why you feel this way.

I picked customer service, although product quality is hugely important.

The reason why I picked customer service is because it should never take 7 days from the time a company receives an order until they get it out the door, unless there is a backorder or something similar happening.

I hear ya...I actually don't mind paying a little higher prices for a good product and timely shipment. Its difficult to find a place that has it ALL, and when you find one its a keeper for sure.

I think a good product based on honesty and science is most important!

Good customer service is also important

it seems that with how competitive the supplement industry has become, you need all four of those qualities to sell a product today.

customer service... in the past you guys have amazed me with everything else, quality, quantity, price, taste, results.. just lacked in the customer service... definitely not trying to slam you guys though!! just giving my opinion!! :afro:

a good quality product at a fair price that has some research behind it and not outrageous claims promising unrealistic results.I like the idea that the supp Co is not in it to make big profits on rather cheaps ingrediants (muscletech) by being decietful to the consumer and taking advantage on their lack of knowledge.

The most important thing to me is a promise that the protein will make it past Australian customs, or my money back (I'll still pay the shipping though) (assuming those bastards actually send the protein back and don't burn it)

I'm actually glad you brought that up. We have redesigned our entire company...new shipping procedures, a new automated ordering system, and a new and very much improved customer service director

Sounds positive. Food is very hard to import into Australia.

Sounds great. Send me a message if there is anything in particular you're looking for or if theres anything I can help you out with. We have some specials set up for this weekend too. I'll announce when we release them.

There are several things which build upon the base of product quality in this order for me:

1. Product quality
2. Price
3. Customer Service

A quality product for a good / decent price and that has customer service to back up if there is a problem etc speaking personally :)

Much Love,

Neoborn

There is one place that has it all and its called nutra planet! you guys are great though, no complaints here

how bout a great product, at a competitive price, with great customer service, and who also gives plenty of free samples. :)

AM is getting priority shipping which means after your order gets processed it will go out that day. If there is a problem I will personally take care of it.

Well I chose product quality but what I really mean is quality vs. price ratio. ATW may not have the best of everything but overall I want a good value and you guys deliver. Your turnaround and customer service may not have been what nutraplanet’s has been (really not very many people anywhere can match them) but you still offer one of the best ratios I have seen. (Price/quality) One of the best protein products I have seen was AI protein drink, first the Peanut butter and chocolate (you guys should buy that recipe from them) and latter the mix your own flavors. Then they kept dropping the ball for various reasons. I would have paid more for products if necessary just because I liked them.

As far as sending samples that is just good business sense, if I had tried your cinnamon bun sooner you would have had more sales. Not having a verity pack that has all your flavors is not the best strategy that I have seen. Also there are some flavors that would do very well if you simple introduced people to it (cherry makes an awesome protein shake, but it is a flavor that haven’t really seen any one use, I had to make my own)

Really if you’re looking for constructive criticisms the only place you’re really weak is the turnaround time and some shipping problems. We miss wheystation but our new rep is a good one. He is defiantly working at keeping the customer relations.

oh yes, if your going to send free t-shirts to a body building site members, very nice of you really, but try and offer some larger sizes.

What matters to me personally is the Quality. By Quality I dont mean I am going to be taken for a ride with faulty pricing but that I am willing to pay what is correct amount. Too often companies make a product for 5 bucks and sell it for 50, that is definitely something that puts me off.

Most serious bodybuilding fans have a staple in their nutrition arsenal - Protein shake. Each one of us atleast has a protein rich shake once or twice a day(many even more). What I would be interested in from ATW is if they can serve my interest across the spectrum. As in

  • .Whey Protein
    .Casein Protein
    .Mixed Blend

Anything extra(fish oil, creatine) etc sold at the same place would be a bonus but make no mistakes I am here for the proetin.

I will agree with the gentleman up above who suggested samples. Yes I would like to see what ATW has to offer, in terms of quality, taste, whether it causes bloatedness etc. Probably having a sample pack and selling for say 10-15 bucks wont do you guys any harm and win many potential clients.

We have a variety pack. Customers can customize the variety pack. Also when AM customers place an order I have recommended to ask for samples they haven't tried before. It seems to be working out very well. In the last 6 months our turnaround time has been flawless. Especially with AM since your orders get pushed ahead of all orders. We do send t-shirts with orders over 100.00 if the customer tells us what size they wear they will get that size. If any one from AM wants samples I am and have been more then happy to send them.

ATW has been selling these items for years.
Whey Protein
Casein Protein
Mixed Blend
not to mention Hydrolyzed Micellar MPI etc.

(fish oil, creatine?) we sell all this have you ever been to our site? Invalid Link Removed we also have variety packs
we sell isolates and blends we have been selling them for under 5 and 10 dollars. I had to check to see it wasnt april 1st already :stick:

Don’t take me wrong, I was trying to give the feed back I though he was looking for. Not dissing your company. As for you sending samples and stuff “our new rep is a good one. He is defiantly working at keeping the customer relations.” Also if we can customize the verity packs it doesn’t say it anywhere that I saw. As for the t-shirts it is nice but funny, nutraplanet sent me a medium. I just think its funny that people that advertise on bb sites usually sell/give out small shirts.

I obviously think that you guys are good and I keep coming back.

My bad I took it literally now I feel like a douche.

price vs. quality,, we the consumers dont mind paying alittle extra if the quality is that much better. but on the other hand i will pay alil less if the quality is just alil less. So even trade offs. the worst companies for this are BSN and muscletech , they may be effecient products that work but they are overpriced.

hell i was using hemp protein mixed with protein concentrate, egg white protein and protein isolate. hemp protein was 75% of hte mixture. y was it most of the mixture, but it is cheap? but it stil worked rather well. maybe not 100% as well as a whey concentrate and whey isolate blend, but it was extremely close and i was getting 25 grams of protein a scoop

product quality is by far the most important. even if you're getting it cheap and the service is great, in the end if the product isnt good then its not good. of course when u can get something thats good at a good price opposed to something thats a lil better for quite a bit more its a diff story

I'd say Customer service. Lots of companies have good products, but only some of them go the extra mile for the customers.

Most important to me is the product quality.

1.) Does the biochemistry make sense? Has it ever been published in any scientific/ nutritional journals?

2.) Is it scientifically researched, backed and proven by a reputable college/university/independent lab by subjects with the correct diet/work ethic? A test vs. placebo is always a clear indication. Even steroids in low doses in research didn't do much vs. placebo when the placebo subjects were told it was steroids they were taking.

3.) Does it have any serious side effects? (Bloating ain't serious for example.)

Examples of products that I wouldn't hesitate to buy because they've been proven one way or the other:
-Any sort of protein
-Any sort of creatine
-Any sort of NO
-Any sort of fat burner that contains caffeine anhydrous, ephedrine & SA/ASA
-Any sort of BCAAs
