I love Nimbus' products but I haven't tried Swell. I have however, tried Chaos and love that product. My vote based off of personal experience would be Chaos.

Next month i'll buy some Swell and give my thoughts on it though.

Anywho....

CHAOS - great stimulant, cns support, and pump.

I haven't tried SWELL yet, but I am familiar with Poseidon and Poseidon-BA, but looking at SWELL i would see the following benefits

SWELL - increased hydration (when you are properly hydrated you are stronger), increased endurance, increased circulation, increased protein synthesis, etc... If I had to choose only 1, I would go with SWELL. I would rocking SWELL now if I wasn't logging White Flood, which is a great Pre-WO supps as well, and one that I prefer over CHAOS.
