As for DC. I have done a bunch of different methods of training in the past. And i am IN LOVE with DC. I don't think i will ever stop training like this. It is ever evolving, so when u stagnate on something, u just pull out the excersise. Just works really well for me.
Ive been skeptical about this type of training but now you are getting me intrigued.
Bro.. For real. It was hard for me at first to get past not going to the gym 5 days a week, and feeling like i wasn't doing enough. But now thinking back most of the time i would burn out, and fall off from going to the gym was because going 5 days a week adds up..
I can't say it will work for everyone. But i think if you do it 100% how you should, and are INTENSE, you will love it. I see too many people trying to change it, or add to it, before they have even tried it. DC has been training people for years, he knows what works, and what doesn't. It really focuses on CONSTANT progression.

Update 10/11
Today is an off day.
I already dosed my morning doses of neovar, and DRIVE. Looking pretty vascular today. Fell pretty full aswell.
The most notable thing the last few days has been a huge improvement in my mood, and general feeling of well being. I feel great. I am very anxious to workout tomorrow, i can't wait!!
My libido seems to be creeping its way back in. I have decided to up my dose of drive to 6 caps on workout days, and 5 on non workout days. I am hoping this will really help kick start my libido.

great update. I would say that is exactly how I feel on this stack. 6 caps WILL def kick start your libido. Its gettin "hard" to hide it at the office.

Took 3abyss from a sample i had, and my 6 hrs of sleep, left me satisfied. Good sleep is the key!
Got up at 4:50am popped 3 drive, and 3RPM. Yeaaaa buddy. It is now 5:23 and i am feeling the RPM. GOing to pop my neovar, wait 10 min eat, and go to the gym. Will update after my workout, but my prediction is its going to be a GOOD ONE!

I never was, until i did my first hormonal cycle. Ever since then it seems i have been a lil prone to it. Never had any acne all through highschool, etc.
I have started taking 3 scoops daily of poseidion the last week or so.

I noticed a lot of machine work. Is there a specific reason?
Especially the Smith Machine. You can cause a great deal of imbalances and set yourself up for injury.

Your muscle Stabilizers and Assistors.
In each exercise there are four main functions of the associated muscles, Agonists (prime movers), Antagonists, Stabilizers and Assistors. The Agonists is generally the muscle we are exercising. The Antagonist is the opposing muscle and acts in contrast to the agonist. The Stabilizer muscles are those that hold a joint in place so that the exercise may be performed. The Assistors help the Agonist muscle doing the work.
I feel you though. I haven't had a workout partner for quite some time, and it is hard to find a quality spotter.

Not much to note as today is an off day.
Some things i have noticed. It seems i have been getting better quality sleep the last few days. I don't wake up during the night, and i have been having some intense dreams. I am not usually a dreamer, but this seems to have been consistant the last few days.
Will see if it continues.
