Vince is against Back Squats. He said its ok to use the Smythe with legs more forward.

I like this one too, also his

Day 1
Legs, Chest and Biceps
Squat - 10 set of 10 reps
Dips - 10 sets of 10 reps
Preacher Curls - 10 set of 10 reps

Day 2
Rest

Day 3
Back, Shoulders and Triceps
Cable Row - 10 set of 10 reps
Lateral Raise - 10 set of 10 reps
Tricep Rope Pushdown - 10 set of 10 reps

Day 4
Rest

Day 5
Repeat day 1, etc.
 
Mornin' gents...I took 2 SDng this morning pre w/o. I normally take 3 or 4 RPM + 2 proto-Drive.

I felt similar energy, not quite...but I don't know if it was the SDng or just a great w/o, but my biceps felt like they were going to explode from the pump. I could barely bend my arms! Also strength was up, but it has been due to 1-AD. I used 90lb DBs for db bench and I have never even come close to that.

EDIT: Chest and Biceps today.

today is my first workout with Drive, I just picked it up the bottle I won yesterday from the post office (thanks Lanbane)
I've been stagnating on most my exercises this first week of post cycle, and hopefully this might help keep me from backing down.
 
As much as I am not a fan of SDNG's name or ingredient naming, it does hold potential as a pre-workout stim. I don't really like RPM all that much
 
it really is quite unimpressive. Unfortunately, Easy might have a point. Soon, most people are going to have been fooled into upgrading to the new microsoft standard of windows vista. So in his work he might want to have his own vista installation if only to be able to tinker around.

That 'business' is just a front for Zombie. I see it all the time....

Well there is a lot more evidence that supports Back squats and not doing Smith machine work.

If you don't belive me. Go ahead and do all your squats on the Smith machine. It might not hurt you today, or tomorrow, but check back to me in a few years when you have muscles imbalances so bad that you can stand without a cane, crutch, etc....

Remember Vince also like dried testicles. Don't go overboard with the whole Vince thang.

the liver tabs idea doesnt sound all bad really. i'm pondering food choices for the x-factor log. i'm thinking liver (cooked) will be a part of it, plus ****loads of eggs + lean steak

A guy training naturally needs whole eggs. What about the reported health concerns? Well, the studies that showed eating eggs raised cholesterol were done by the cereal board. And back then they didn't differentiate between the types of cholesterol, so the studies were invalid. Eggs can raise cholesterol — HDL, the good cholesterol.

The only caveat with eggs is that you can become allergic to them if you eat two or three every day. I saw this when I used to run a lot of food allergy tests. Stop eating eggs for six weeks and the allergy will disappear, then you can eat twelve every five days. Hey, if you're going to have them, don't be a pansy.

If your going to eat tons of eggs and steak, doesn't that defeat the purpose of AA supplementation? I mean if you're already going to get a lot of AA from your diet, why combine it with even more supplementation, I would presume that there's diminishing returns the higher you go with AA consumption, but maybe that's wrong.

BTW those are real abs. You should try doing some of the workouts they put them through.

Yep...I was reading about that. Those guys trained and dieted for months for that movie (they "may" have had some additional assistance) but that was real.

well, can't really eat fish on it. so then the only other choice is chicken or milk based right?

One major peak found with a MW of 270

Havoc - Est. amount per capsule tested = 3.3mg
Amount on label = 10.0mg
Two major peaks found with MW of 286 and 288

Hemaguno - Est. amount per capsule tested = 2.0mg
Amount on label = 12.5mg
Three major peaks were found with 2 compounds identified as Palmitic and Stearic Acid and one with a MW of 288.

Explanation: They are testing against testosterone, which is not the most accurate way to test the dose without a standard and could be the reason the numbers are coming out like this.
