I actually haven't looked too much into PH's, but I will try to look into it. Juggernaut is solid company then?
I've read some good reviews on them here.

any try Vince G diet ? 36 whole eggs in one day?
Yeah, no doubt - no carbs sucks! There is just so much bacon and pork rinds a man can eat w/o beer! LOL
3lbs in 10 days is not bad. Keep it up...you may have heard this before...but it's a marathon, not a sprint!
You should put that in your sig line!

Vince G's concepts have been making raps lately . In the new Iron someone prezents the body drag curl and the reverse body drag curl..He was ahead of his time

yeah, I found that too, I was looking for a specific diet, not just "steak + eggs"![]()
This is an old article I read a long time go that I have book marked.
I believe it was 2 weeks high cal and 2 weeks low cal.
I also tried Protein Cycling.

I mean come on easy, don't any of the exercises look familiar?
protein cycling, is that where you alternate periods of low and high protein where the goal of the low period is a positive hormonal response to the low protein?
what were your findings?
not bad. well I'm guessing you dont have a laptop already then?
tough call then, probably the laptop
can you get the same systems with a cheaper version of vista?
what exactly are you going to use it for?
I'd go with the desktop in your situation, it will be cheaper and give you better performance, which sounds like what you want. The laptop only gives you the convenience of taking it to odd places to be able to get work done. Do you have to do that a lot?
Do you have to do that a lot?
