Well Trip with the way you look you should get the job. Half out trainers here are fat.

ohhh your too sweet.......and yea your right,there are many i would never give the time of day,unlike the way RA treats sweaty men......

it raises hdl cholesterol, which in turn lowers ldl... I use that method personally, but only 250mg... but ya.. Another option is being healthy in general, good cardio, good diet etc

Well just a few pages back there was a debate on doing cardio ON cycle and a risk of heart enlargement (not to be confused with penis enlargement). Pry a good idea to go into a cycle with a healthy cardiovascular system though.

you use regular niacin......not time released,or flush free?
 
Hey Trip how long did it take you to get certified? Is the money decent in it?

i graduated from NPTI(national personal training institute)in Orlando, it's like a 5 month school mon-fri 9-3...there are much easier ways to get certified.The money varies depending on the area.I was making a good money at my last job ..before i moved.....

notta problem, I know how you REALLY feel.. lol!!

I personally had a similar conversation with D that's lasted over the last like 3 months of cholesterol because I have high hereditary cholesterol (ldl) and anyways.. I didnt even wanna get involved on that one, when I try to act smart, I get flamethrowered LOL!!

I use 250mg of actual niacin prebed.. and 500 will burn you to pieces.

Hey Trip how long did it take you to get certified? Is the money decent in it?

My sister has an associates in kinesthesiology and one of the trainer certifications and she's having a hard time getting started as a trainer at a club. But she doesn't have the most outgoing personality so I think she interviews poorly, and shes on the "skinny" fitness side. She's ended up doing training for people at their homes instead.

Our trainers here seem to have trouble getting repeat business. People quit after a few sessions when it gets hard.

its one of those businesses that there is a glut of talent in too now IMO. 8-10 years ago, there was more demand than trainers available, so trainers made great money, so lots of people got certified and became trainers, because its not horribly hard to do so. Now we have lots of certified trainers, and only so many people willing to drop ~$40 3 times a week for a half hour of trainer time.

I agree, I won't pay it. Every now and then I get a burr up my ass to want a trainer. Just to mix it up a bit, but its just to expensive.

I would love to do it. But with kids you need a steady job.

im not concerned with numbers.....i'm all about making it look good...im not a powerlifter trying to max out every workout trying to impress people that are watching me lift...I hit positive muscular failure on every set...thats all that matters....i think my pics speak for them selves....thanks...im a bodybuilder!! not a powerlifter!!
