help me out with the idea behind the pulse.

you are doing epi and SDNG everyday. and only pulsing the SD on certain days?

why not just take the SD on M,W,F with weekends off?
 
mace, its to avoid the heavy lipid + liver damage from the superdrol, but to specifically have it mated with certain exersize days

The pulse to minimize sides and to increase the duration of the cycle. I was hoping to maximize the benegits from specific workouts. Or do you just say do the MWF protocol?
 
i can see your logic. it should give you an extra "boost" on those days. how much are you doing? 20mg pre?

thesinner just started a similar experiment. he is running a bunch of stuff but then "pulsing" the SD on workout days.

I just started my first SD cycle and am at 20mg and going to do 20mg for the 3 weeks and then PCT.

I was going to follow the following recommendation:

Example of a 3x/wk pulse M,W,F:

Maybe stay on the lower-side? But around 20mg pre. I will also try to switch my workouts to afternoon instead of evening.

I've got most of a 500g + a spare 1kg :)

So mace since i'll be doing SDNG for 2 bottles worth, what should I do PCT wise for it after the xfactor log? and how long should I go before touching something hormonal?
 
hmm maybe that will be a cheap excuse to buy hdx2. I don't have anything here as mild as aPCT. ah I do have some 6-oxo extreme, i'm already floating in resveratrol as it is tho. Still, that would do it I guess.
 
as much as it pains me to recommend an ergo product..............yes, 6-oxo will do just fine! :lol:


also, how much taurine you think i should take a day?
 
I'd go with 5g preworkout, 5g post, another 5g later in the day if you get back pains. Also pick up some potassium, or eat a bunch of bannanas. instead of bulk potassium, you can get "no salt" salt at the grocery store which is all potassium

at 20mg in a pulse, the back pumps shouldn't be that bad, except on days when you actually do lower back exersizes
 
hmm I dunno how much worse they would get in a normal cycle. Still, I think 5g of taurine (even 10) mixes into a shake pretty well.

1g taurine pre workout does fine with me paired with 30mg/day epi + 600mg adrenosterone
so I'd expect 1-2g to be ok with SD

your split seemed unbalanced
chest/back: your working a lot of tissue that day, essentially whole upper body including bis,tris,delts,forearms
legs: also going to be using large muscle groups, but it's still probably not as much as the chest/back day
arms: the amount of muscle involved for this workout is diminutive compared to the other two workouts

I would organize it so each workout exercises about the same quantity of muscle. So instead of using a pulse day for a small muscle group (arms) you can be more efficient so that each pulse will occur with workouts that require similar amounts of effort.

If you only want 3 workouts per week, I might do something like these three:
chest, triceps, front & side delts
quads, hamstrings, calves
back, biceps, rear delts, traps

and if you think you need concentrate more on your arms since you said you've been slacking, you might switch the triceps to go with back, and do biceps with chest, that way you'll essentially be indirectly working each with the compound movements, but also you'll have the chance to work them directly when they are unfatigued

Super setting antagonist muscles is part of Poliquin's philosophy.

Ok, I'm sure any program will prove beneficial as long as it's difficult, but not absurd.

Yes, but this is one of CP's most famous workouts. It has always followed the format of a 5 days split which is a 5-day training week utilizing antagonist pairings which provides CNS benegits.

Not sure what info he has online about this, but I've read it in his books. I will provide the details when I find it.
