I am going to get one of the new iPod Touches with my fight check. Those things are so freaking badass. I am such an Apple whore.

Anywayy..... I'm trying this recipe today (it's stuck in the fridge right now)

Anabolic, fat burning, Gummi worms!!!! (did that get your attention?)

I took the idea for low-cal gummi worms and added some extras.

Needed:

Gelatin (2 scoops/packets)
1/2 cup hot water
1scoop bcaas (I used lemon xtend)
1/4tsp rasberry ketones
1/2tsp citrulline malate
1tsp dicreatine malate

(I guess you could add whatever else you wanted.. ba might be nice for a tingle)

Mix gelatin with the water, keep stirring to cool it down a bit, then add the rest and mix again.
Pour onto tray and chuck it in the fridge for ~20mins..
Cut into snake/wormy strips, or just eat the whole thing.. there are barely any calories in it, all of which is protein anyway.

One thing I'm not too sure about is how the supps do in some pretty warmish type water? Anyone know?

Anyway these should turn out to be pretty citrusy-sweet. Imma gonna eat em :)

I think that the creatine will degrade, but that is all that I am aware of.

Wow... that is one of a very few recipes that I see around that I might actually try. I appreciate that.

BCAAs would break down over 140 degrees. so just depends on how hot it was when you added em. if it didnt burn your hand to touch the mix, the bcaas are fine
 
Hmm let me see if I can get a pic next time I make it.. still not too sure about the degradation of stuff and haven't really gone to research it yet (yes, naughty), but they work just as well with regular supp-free things.. koolaid or diet soda would work.

  • db seated lateral raises 3x12
  • lat pulldown (hammer grip) 3x12
  • cg bench 3x12x20
  • assisted dips 12,8,8
  • decline abs + ss hypers 3x15
  • 30min elliptical
A lot of pressing and my shoulder joint seems to be feeling it, must be getting old :sad:
Had a late night workout for a change, it wasn't so bad at all, usually my energy levels are gone by about 5pm, but I held up nicely.

Very angry at the Olympia results. Dex is my personal fave, even though he is "small". And I was surprised Monica Brant didn't place in figure as well.. I thought she looked pretty good. But good to me is probably not the same as the judges heh, still she has a nice figure.
 
Yeah it does, and apparently it can read documents as well, but I can't get it to work just yet, the formatting is a bit funny.

It's 8G so it can store a lil bit of stuff, for its size.. but I kinda want the clip on shuffle, much better for the gym. I can't bear to look at the apple website anymore, there are too many goodies I will surely go broke. At least the good thing is that the really nice stuff isn't out in Aus yet.. so I can't really get it (well not easily at the shop anyway) :):o

  • Glute cable kickback 3x12 each side
  • Leg extension (unilateral) 2x12
  • Hamstring curl (unilateral) 2x12
  • One-legged calf raises 2x12
  • Hybrid calf training
  • bb curl 3x10
  • 15min rowing
  • PM - 30min circuit - bike, abs
Energy and motivation was there, but somehow strength did not follow suit.

It wasn't too bad, since I did get a nice payday, but it did suck to have to cut weight and then drive 7 hours to not compete.

Yeh they don't always check your packages. You can get lucky.

I don't think that they do. Austin is pretty laid back and I really doubt that they have to wear suits.

I had to review this empirical study for my paper.. soft information disclosure in prospectuses. Yes yes very interesting, very fun. I just emailed it in 30min before 12am :/. I always leave things to the last frkn minute. Time for bed. I have to take photos yes.. I think it has been a month. Good call, can you tell I need a reminder now and then.
 
For future reference for meeting word count quotas, use ADVERBS! They typically contribute no additional value to the point you are effortfully trying to get across, are intrigingly easy to use, and make the writer seem notably scholarly. You can even squeeze five into one sentence with minimal effort ;)

I won't bother listing the weights coz they weren't too impressive, pretty much rested for 30-60sec between sets, but didn't superset.

Got a compliment at the gym today, that's always nice :) well unless it was from someone creepy, but he wasn't (afaik) ><

The whether is ridiculously hot!!!! I can feel summer already.

Millennium sports sent me a nice sample package, they have the best packaging and my boxes always come in pristine condition, so kudos to them, can't wait to try some of their stuff out!
 
I wish it snowed in my part of TX...

Oh well, makes cardio outside easier to do most of the year.
 
snow is wayyyyy overrated imo! nice to look at and deal with for a maybe a week or two but after that it just sucks

You've obviously never snowboarded. :)

I grew up in the snow. Living in Cali makes me really miss the seasons, but at least the rideable mountains are not too far away.
