ok, I took 2g gaba, 2g 1-carboxy, 2g choline citrate, 1.5g phenibut, 2g tryptophan. any guesses how long before i pass out?

That is interesting. I only get about 800IU from vitamin's per day, but at least I was seeing the sun pretty often this summer. I'll probably try to do something for my vitamin D in the winter and see if I notice any difference in my mood.

also around pre and post training you can take in more carbs and adjust the carbs though the meals. Know what I mean?

Training days

so I get up at 9:00 am finish by 10

train at 11-12

post training 1-3

hour later meal 3-4

two hours later meal 5-6

two and a half hours later meal 8-9

meal before bedtime 11-12

well, in a ketogenic diet, the issue is that too much protein takes you out of ketosis.

Sup E...that's the issue. Once you are deep into ketosis, you can up the protein w/o getting knocked out of keto.

BTW, I hit Vitamin Shoppe 7 minutes before they closed :D Today was the last day of the sale!
 
luckily I had only been eating 1-1.2ish g of protein per lb, so its not a huge difference, but it still seems funny. But then again, a lb of muscle only has around 150g of protein in it anyhow
 
Get liquid rather than caps :) be prepared to have your skin feel oily, but it doesn't necessarily create acne. you may want to carry around more breath mints / lifesavers particularly if you didn't get flavored oil. Outside of that, not too much, it didn't change my toilet habits noticeably, and I haven' cut myself so I can't really make any statement as to what many people say (that blood will be slower to clot).
