DEA pulls off widespread busts of steroid labs

It saddens me to think there is so much that could be done with the money and resources they spend on this type of project, that would benefit abused children and families. It's a shame the .GOV doesn't focus on real issues that could positively change the lives of many abused, hungry and homeless people....

I tried two nights ago and it was a dead link, I would avoid it. As you can see from the list that was posted (and i'm sure it will be deleted soon enough) that the majority of the busted were reputable sources there....however like jomi, none of my friends were on it.

i was glad to see im safe from that list too. i guess stay with private sources and stay clear from anyone on open boards for now.
 
that list is apparently wrong... its just a list of sources that were ON ssb, not a list of sources who were actually busted....

i know... thats exactly the problem.

people run around copy pasting things they see at other forums and never stop to ask "who confirmed these? or how would they even get this information?"

id stay off PM.com too. It only feels like major heat over there. I hear the mods and sources there are going down and the Board Keeper ("A") is covering it up. eh, believe what you want but be safe.

i have nothing to worry about because in all actuallity im just a poser, a wannabe, who has never been in contact with a steroid in my life.

we pulled that from our Inner Circle and it has been confirmed. dont make Sub out to be a copy paister guy
 
again however, what about stuff even being sold here? do we need to have a moratorium on stuff at NP that fall into this category just for safety sake?

What stuff being sold? Everything being sold there is completely legal. A company as big as that would not risk selling illegal products.

Oh yeah...wasn't that a massive priority to find THOSE people and bring them to justice? When exactly did their resolve fail them in that respect?
 
well...now instead of experienced people using what im sure are cleaner conditions than that desribed...using filters, measuring scales, BA, EO etc....people are going to be converting cattle pellets in their kitchens.

i find it ironic they can single out sterility issues when they prevent sources/customers from obtaining better equipment/conditions, and then bust the most reputable dealers (who became reputable from making sure their gear was clean) so that we must not lower our standards once again.

the sterility issue wouldnt be there if steroids werent illegal in the first place. does the DEA even remember they asked congress NOT to make steroids illegal in 91'.

You have to remember, that Congress, and our elected Congressmen, know far more than we ever could, about anything you ask them about!

Take Orrin Hatch for example. He was smart enough to get PH's banned. But then last year he helped get a music producer off of FOREIGN drug charged in the UAE. This 'kid' had coke and X. Hatch did some international hob nobbing, and used his expertise in the field of 'drugs' and was able to get this 'kid' out of a possible life imprisonment and or execution for possession. His reason was "He's a good guy and didn't know they were illegal to have in that country".

But this 'kid' had come FROM THE FSUCKING USA TO UAE!

So you can see, they know volumes more than we ever could.

(This kid has also helped produce some of Hatchs religious music, that he makes around $40K per year on....on a totally unrelated note):frustrate

i didnt mean any disrespect, i'm sorry if it sounded that way

i was just wondering how these have been confirmed because it doesnt seem likely that the police/DEA/whoever would release that information to the public

i heard from one of the sources, and he still has an autolist that has been updated yesterday (prices rose about 20 bucks a product because of the powder busts). he said the confirmed busted list was fake and it is just a list of people approved at SSB, and that he is safe and still in business.

could that just be LE posing as him? i thought it was illegal for officers or whoever to come out and say "i am not a member of law enforcement"... but maybe i've just been watching too many movies/tv lol

any opinions on this?

Law enforcement can do whatever the **** they want to do in today's society.

And there is no one else to blame except people of previous generations that allowed the government to become as big as it is.

The people are not supposed to be scared of the government. It's supposed to be the opposite.

he is on that list thats circulating, but he does sound like the real guy.... but im sure LE knows how to word things so it sounds like the guy theyre pretending to be

No, steroid thing definitely isn't Bush's fault.

Bush is the guy responsible for the bus loads of illegals who are crossing the border, using up massive amounts of resources, and then making a few extra bucks on the side by trafficking in some terrorists.

he should be impeached for the immigration issue alone. it is the presidents responsibility to uphold the law first and foremost. what a retard. i have 0 respect for the man, and i am quickly losing respect for the position.
 
i'm embarrassed to be american right now. all the republicans can call me a pussy, but i don't care. all my friend across the world think bush is a complete and utter joke and wonder how 51% of our country can be so literally brain dead. the fact is that we live in a global world now, and bush has been alienating us from it. that's BAD. look at the value of the dollar during his regime. This bust has nothing to do with the Bush administration. Bush probably didn't even know about it until after the facts.

But to say the Bush administration is a success is just plain denial.
 
Bush made sure to focus on steroids in one of his State of the Union addresses.

He is definitely a contributing factor to the public misperception.

BTW, did anyone watch Diagnosis X last night? They had a pro-beach volleyball player on with some "mysterious, life threatening illness".

They traced it to her using steroid...but the steroids weren't the CAUSE of it, she was using a dirty freakin needle.

They made sure to launch into some ignorant diatribe about how dangerous steroid are, and how she almost died...completely ignoring that it had nothing to do with the steroid, but the DIRTY FREAKING NEEDLE.

Seriously...how can these writers and "others" even look themselves in the mirror knowing they are destroying peoples' lives over LIES. Is there any morality left at all?

Well yeah, that goes without saying. If we ever have a large scale attack on our soil again, how do you think they will enter the U.S? Our Border security (lack thereof) is a larger issue than people think, I believe. But mainly I was addressing, of all the problems we have here in our country, why the hell would they consider steroids such a priority

so lets assume 2 weeks ago someone made an order from one of the sources on the busted list, and the order didnt arrive yet. should that person be prepared for a visit from some officers?

That guy should not worry, but if someone came a-knock'n, deny everything. I don't see it being a problem other than some lost monies. They are after the manufacturers and suppliers, not so much the users. - At least at this point in time.

As for all of this "the government should spend more time on the important things" talk, don't you guys realize that there are different organizations for different purposes. This is the DEAs job. Like it or not. This is what they do. The Iraq war, boarder patrol, etc., is not dealt with by the DEA, obviously. What else are they going to spend their time and money on? This is part of what they are there for. I hate it just as much as you guys, but what are you going to do? It's their job. Ya, congratulations, they screwed us. A job well done, I say. If all those labs that were listed have been busted, that's a huge accomplishment.

i think the thing is that we all forget is that they are illegal. i am watching the grey market stuff prices are dropping and stuff is being pulled...what are peoples thoughts on that?

I think it sucks horribly. All my favorite research chem sites are either down or list everything as unavailable/backordered. I don't know how the heck I'm supposed to finish my lab-rat experiment.
