I was mostly just way off on my lean mass, both at the beginning as well as now :) I'd bet that in january when I was 245 that my lean mass was in the mid 140s. I had previously thought upper 150s. I'm happy with the overall look and strength gains I've made, and i'm sure I can continue to drop 2-4% or more bodyfat per month. just means I have something like 4 months to reach 10 now, vs thinking I could do it in just 1-2 more.

Digging GBC already! I feel completely wiped out.

next week i'll smell like leather, and not because i'll be strapped down all weekend, but cause hopefully either a full bar or at least a sample of the leather lava made it into the order

The other thread was a contest thread for AN. LanBane would have a contest here and there.

Now, this is a non-sponsored thread. I guess we can kick around some ideas to make it attractive to Companies and AM users.

What would you like to see as a Company?

Well, in that case...i'm gonna do a week with the 1AD at 600mg a day...maybe bump to 900mg in 2 weeks. I think it's just too old. Expiry was 4/07.
 
What is it with you people and the goat jokes? Is that funny? YES You think that's clever? No, but funny yes! You think the goat likes getting mocked? Goats are very self depricating :trout:
