Yeah, gbc for the cut phase of the pal transformation. decided to go with M W F with cardio + maybe some additional stuff (some ab work maybe) on tues/thurs/sat, and take sunday as rest. not sure what i'll switch to after that, as I got picked to do the x-factor/mass-fx with a substitution of superdrol-ng in place of the mass-fx.
GBC is easier than GVT, thewilman is a wuss

The GBC was pre-during-and post exhaustion! LOL
I agree that 3 sets, just isn't doing it for me. However, I did find that after the 3 weeks of GBC my strength was up. I was using 80lbs DB for the flat bench with no prob. I may add another set or two to the *ahem* "long limb" exercises.
As far as the stack, honestly haven't seen too much. The 1st week I saw some visible gains in my shoulders and upper body but nothing since. I took some measurements a few days ago and I upped my 1-AD to 600mg as of yesterday. It may have lost some potency.

Im here...just left my browser up while I was at the Gym. Neovar delivers some nice pumps...legs look quite large after teh workout today.
oh yeah, i'm already a long piece of the way there. It mostly just means I started at more like 40% rather than 35 like I thought. just means a little longer to reach the end is all. I'm hitting the 6-7 meals, and cals right at that 10x bodyweight.
no, just tracking per meal basis, then adding them up. I should use fitday. keep meaning to. I set up an acct there a while back.
not giving up on supps thojust avoiding hormones for now.
