I am sure B doesn't care, or else he wouldn't have made it public. It is just about principle, you duuurty rat.....
 
too much I think, more accidentally. I went from around 3600-4000 to today probably more like 2400. just timing at work, I never grabbed a midmorning or mid afternoon bar or snack. and dinner is running late cause I suck

Thats a big decrease man I'd gradually drop it like a plane landing and not all at once. maybe drop 50 carbs per day or something .hope that helps

:goodpost: E, if you drop your cals drastically, your body goes into starvation mode and shuts down your metabolism to preserve your body fat. Cut it down gradually as Smet suggests.
 
yeah, it was completely accidental :) i was shooting for just a 500-600 drop, then slowly drop an additional 100 cal or so a day till I got down to just 200-300 below maintenance
