Guidance using NP's WMS

any eta on when this thrive is coming out dsade?

The WMS is backordered for 4 more weeks :(

Whatever stock NP has (I think they have a week's worth or so) will be it until restock...and that kind of slow us down as well.

Shake shake shake...let sit for 5 minutes (preferrably in fridge), shake again and it should be good.

Preworkout would be ok, but you want nutrients being shuttled into muscle ASAP, as well as sending a strong signal that your fuel stores are topped out. IMO, During workout and PWO are THE most effective time to use.
I am having this issue as well (using blender bottle,BCAA,WMS and H2O). It just stays floating(some crowds at the top) and is crunchy/crystal like in my water. It eventually settles to the bottom. I dont think its the WMS. Am I using to much BCAA to water ratio? Is there something else other than water you are using? Also does it have a slightly acidic?? taste to it naturally? Also what measurement are you guys using (1/2 cup, etc?) and how many scoops of it for both WMS and BCAA to how much water? Thanks.

Probably RPN...

BCAAs, WMS, Taurine, Leucine, Beta-Alanine, Creatine (probably Mono or Malate), Carnitine, Citrulline Malate, and most likely something like Vanadyl Sulfate.

Any update on thrive? How long do u think after all the suppklies are in?This looks like a great pre-intra mix and should def. work well.

Having big time WMS supply issues, as well as flavouring retards.

Goinmg to go ahead and offer a stack at NP to debut the product.

Yeah, flavoring can be a pain a lot of time. But product is still a go, but the stack will be offered in the meantime I guess till it's ready?

You got it.

You gain fat over night? Are you talking about bloat or fat?
May be when you take Malto/gainer you take more than 75g at once.
I don't see how you can gain less fat from WMS than from Malto. Both are hi GI carbs.

Im talking over the course of a month. I'm pretty sure there was less than 75gr of malto in the drinks. Table sugar has a GI of between like 60-65, while Malto has a GI of over 100. From what your implying 50gr table sugar would be better to take Post-workout than 50gr Malto?

No. I said that taking 75g of Malto or 75g of WMS is even, in regard to fat gain.

The stuff that doesn't mix is most likely the BCAAs. They also have a acidic taste to them. The WMS doesn't taste like much of anything to me, other than chaulky.

You can use whatever ratios you want. I use a 70cc (a lot of protein cups including Optimum Nutrition's are 70cc) cup. That is right around 40g of WMS. I then use a tablespoon for BCAAs. 1 tablespoon is right around 5g of BCAA. You can use those numbers to adjust accordingly.

Seems like your saying it's gonna make you fat because its a high GI carb. This is off topic of the orginal post, if yopu'd like to continue discussion feel free to PM :)

Mixing BCAA's is tricky. I usually throw it in the freezer for a while after mixing ~15gr in 16-20oz water. I have not tried WMS + BCAA. I did sip on my WMS and it did seperate a little thruout my workout, just had to skae it up. I'd say mix the WMS+BCAA in ATLEAST 20oz water put it in the fridge or freezer for a little bit than shake the crap outta it again.

In what is it off topic? If you read my first post in this thread you will see I gave my opinion on WMS as it was requested by the original poster, And then, you started to disagree (which is fair enoug, any opinion can be discussed) and to change the topic.

Please no mono, carnitine or Vanadyl...

EAA+Extra Leucine, WMS, Taurine, Beta-Alanine, Creatine Gluconate, Citrulline Malate and NA-R-ALA sounds better to me.

But that's just opinion I guess

That does look nice but it's gonna drive cost up a good bit with that Na-R-ALA and creatine gluconate

No no no, I ment WE are off topic. This thread is for how to use WMS, not how it works or how its better/worse than dex/malto. We're both at fault for getting off topic from the OP

I fear VS because it is a heavy metal... I love pantera. And mono makes me bloated.

I had to read that twice to get it. VS is waaaay cheaper than the others and pretty effective in alot of peoples opinions. I just ordered some to try out in a few weeks. 100mg postworkout. You can run some searchs to find out more about VS and toxicity. I found it was worth trying.

I'd rather see it with no creatine at all. That way you can always add what you perfer. For me I'd rather see a lower price and add some good old Mono to it.

The formula is pretty expensive as-is. Gluconate is higher priced than Mono. Na-R-Ala is pretty much out of the question, especially with the unbearable taste and cost.

Vanadyl, in the small quantities we will use it, is effective and very reasonably priced.

It is kinda pointless because I would probably just buy bulk and add a bunch of random flavours, I get bored running the same flavours all the time.

I'd rather see Dicreatine malate in there. I know you might have issues with Syntrax though.

How about tricreatine malate? lol. They mix better than mono/gluconate in my opinion, but are more acidic in flavor. Go with a lemon or orange flavor and you'd be all set. Even cherry.

This I am ok with...I am a fan of malate.

I'd love to see you implement that, using Di/Tri creatine malate would definitely drag me in as a repeat customer for this product.

All of the best creatines I've used contain dicreatine malate, and its one of the biggest reasons why I make all my purchases at nutraplanet - few other sites offer bulk Dicreatine Malate
