  4. Been doing a lot of sitting this week, hip flexors tighter than fish puss˙ so I went in and hit up a squat practice session.

    Agile 8, Super D hip set. Lunges and split squats with the bar. Maybe four sets of LBBS with the bar. Hammy giving me some crap for the first three sets.

    Maybe a scooch high on my last one. Side spotter was standing in the way of the camera. I sat back more than usual today, felt more powerful and more comfortable, but the more I sit back the harder it is to keep positioning as I approach depth, hence the desire to terminate depth. Good information to have on hand so I can adjust as needed.

    Sunday is 500xAMRAP day! Judging by bar speed of 455 today (smokeshow) I should be able to get three or four. I will not take a rep that I'm not positive I will hit, so 2 or 3 is the likely answer. It remains to be seen.

    If that goes as planned, then openers will be out of the way and from then on out it will be staying mobile and staying in practice.

  5. Okay, we've seen film of my whole training cycle less most of the squats, what do we think of 500/340/505 for openers? Squat opener pending Sunday of course.

    Hey, breathing is the place to start. Then you slowly add in Cressey, Super D, K Starr, and Joey D. I'd say add in Agile 8 and Simple 6 ASAP. They're quick and easy.

    You ain't kiddin buddy! I'm in on like 12 logs and I really never know what's going on in any of 'em. I just come in and start saying stuff. Lol.

    Thanks, buddy. I have to make sure it all comes together on meet day. Everything goes right I'll have 1500. Worst case I get 1400. Most likely is 1435-1460.

    I personally think no one should schedule anything during football seasons on Sundays. That said I may be better off not seeing my Giants. Raises my blood pressure too much haha
